for thomas duncan the first person to die from ebola in the u.s., this morning concerns about another possible ebola case in the u.s. a sheriff's deputy who went to duncan's apartment is being kept in isolation while being tested for disease. >> we're told that the risk is minimal but over an abundance of caution we are taking action to make sure the public is protected. >> reporter: workers at some of the country as others airports are worried about their risk of exposure. overnight these airplane clearance in new york walked off the job saying they are fed up with the unsafe and unsanitary sanitary condition. in spain we have ebola contracted outside west africa. hospital workers are being

police say the 32-year-old man was shot in the foot before boarding the bus. he is in the hospital in stable condition. the jury in the trial of raghu yandamuri will resume deliberation at 10:15, this was the scene late last night as raghu yandamuri's attorney and the families of the victims walked out of a montgomery courtroom. it is two years since prosecutors say raghu yandamuri killed 10-month-old is satyavahi venna and saanvi venna, police say it was a botched kidnapping for ransom plot to pay off a gambling debt. >> happening today hillary clinton will be at independence mall to campaign for tom wolf while new jersey governor chris christie will be on the main line to campaign for republican incumbent tom corbett. the two candidates faced each

sunny, breezy, winds not as strong, 8 to 16 miles per hour that's enough to definitely notice. and then we have a little bit more cloudy cover streaking in as the day goes on. 54 degrees by 8:00. it will be chilly as you head out to the car, 11:62 degrees, pretty bright. 2:00 p.m., 67 with the high of 69 degrees falling around 3:00, 3:30 this afternoon a couple of high clouds streaking in. speaking of clouds as we look toward tomorrow on future tracker 6, clouds will be riding in from the southwest, we'll have a frontal boundary down to the south tomorrow, lunchtime, maybe a couple of light sprinkles or drizzle. as we held into the afternoon that drizzle and shower activity starts to build a little bit, could be getting steadier in time for the evening commute. tomorrow night, as we build in, the rain gets more pronounced and probably spills into saturday morning before we start to dry out.
