and knocked off off the racetrack and i showed my displeasure on the cool down lap and i brake checked him to give them the whole story and he tried to spin us out and we got to pit lane and he plowed into the 14 and the 20. and 20, i ran into him and ran into us again coming off pit road. and then he went through the garage and did burn outs and he knocked somebody's transmission clear through. out of control. we are just -- you know, we got to think about us here going forward. that is an important thing. but nascar said no tolerance for stuff like that, and you got be a little more mature. i'm proud of the fedex ground team. we had a tough car and just got knocked around on the restart.

td bank in wayne, just after the bank opened two men burst in and forced employees into a safe. these are surveillance from inside the bank. that is obviously the the wrong video. both men were wearing masks and one was arm with the 9-millimeter hand gun. when they forced three employees in the safe before getting a way with an undetermine amount of cash. thieves remained on the loose, a $7,500 reward is being offered for any information. now, there was a joyful reunion in north philadelphia, a woman and her beloved during chichi saw one another for first time in months because this dog was dog napped over the summer. but thanks to a sharp eyed "action news" viewer chichi is back home. barber henry collins who bought him off a young man claim to be a temple student. >> i said he was leaving for the semester and he could not take the dog home because of the airplane ride. >> reporter: that was a couple months ago, fast forward to tuesday, and that is when collins saw on "action news" a report about the thieves who stole electronics and a four year-old dog from a girard avenue home. police were finally able to release surveillance video of the suspects from the july 30th burglary. dog's name, cheesepa, aka chichi. >> though called her chichi she was like wow, and i said this might be the dog. >> reporter: central detectives up investigators pick up the dog on saturday and checked her micro chip and dog gone it, we have a match. >> when he sent me the video i was like that is my dog. >> reporter: ten weeks after she was dog napped she was back in the arms of her owner, penn state nursing student mia corea. >> i'm just happy that we were able to get her back, you know, it was a a long time.

federal health officials say measure adds another layer of protection to help slow the spread of the ebola a virus. enhanced screening process will include four other major airports, starting next week, including newark liberty international in new jersey. meantime heart broken family of ebola victim thomas eric duncan met with jesse jackson today. his family says duncan received insufficient treatment at the hospital in dallas where he was treated. duncan went to the hospital with a 103-degree fever but at first they sent him home with antibiotics. the his family says his death was an in justice. >> he is first black man with ebola in america and first black man to die with ebola in america. to transfer somebody from 18,000 miles away on an aircraft to stabilize him and get him here to emery you could not transfer a man three states over to get treated. >> his nephew says duncan was released from the hospital on a stretcher. several days later he was rush back to the hospital where he died.
