the armstrong middle school here. street road blocked by asbury avenue. stick to by bury or woodhaven there. looking at big picture. schuylkill near the city. speeds in the 50s. no problem there, tam. >> thank you, karen. and new this morning an early morning fire in the parkside section of philadelphia has displaced 9 people. the action cam was on the scene 5100 block of harlem street when firefighters got to the scene they found flames shooting out of second floor and heard smoke alarms. it took 20 minutes for the crews to get control of the blaze and all the residents managed to get out safely. investigators are now on the scene looking for the cause. and investigators are also trying to figure out just how a nurse in texas contracted ebola. technically she had been in full protective gear while treating ebola patient, thomas eric
