growing investigation into how two american nurses contracted ebola at a texas hospital. >> a top official from the hospital apologized for the mistakes made in dallas while caring for thomas duncan. >> rick and monica, at this hour, 26-year-old nina pham, one of the nurses infected with ebola is inflate, she is head to the bio containment unit just outside of washington, d.c. meanwhile, on capitol hill those handling the u.s. response faced a grilling from congress. >> she said she was told to board the plane. >> dr. tom freeden the direction ter says they can stop eastbound object but they face hours of questions about whether their policies will keep more ebola

are coordinating efforts with area hospitals and other health care providers to get ready, we have developed and updated guidance and information to help health care professions and the public based largely on guidance we referred from the center for disease control. >> they heard from government agencies and health care pro requireds as they assessed our overall readiness for dealing with a possible case of ebola, there are some changes just this week for first responders, fire commissioner derek sawyer says that some 911 operators ask some critical new questions before transporting a new patient. >> calls that traveled to the affected west african countries or having been in contact with anybody that traveled there. >> if answered yes, those responding must suit up with

protective gear and they say all will have the training by the end of dade day tomorrow. they said that philadelphia international airport is secure, one of the 18 airports that has a quarantine room, operated by the cdc and passengers are scened for any signs of illness. >> the current guidance is provided to us by the cdc, to observe all international travelers in the united states. for sickness or overt signs of illness, for their recent travel. >> hospital officials testifying that they are ready to handle any infectious disease that includes ebola except for childrens hospital that is december natded as a primary care center for pediatric cases, no singer hospital will act as a hub instead all emergency rooms and hospitals will be prepared to handle any case that shows up. >> live in city hall, david

driven by sean burton of olney when off the road and up a hill and overturned and then rolled on the eastbound lanes by montgomery lane, burton was killed. police say that she was killed and she was not wearing a seatbe seatbelt. chopper 6 hd flew over a tractor trailer wreck that closed part of the westbound pennsylvania turnpike, diesel fuel leaked into the neshaminy creek in bucks county. the cleanup is still underway and the epa does not see an environmental impact. the driver did make it out and the westbound turnpike was closed near that area for a while. and from our delaware newsroom tonight, governor jack markell announced a step to get more young people into college. delaware state university will wave their application fees for high school seniors thank have
