saturday night i'm walterer perez. call for calm when president obama said about ebola and america. developing news from virginia where human remains were discovered in the search for missing college student hanna graham. but the big story on "action news" is new developments in the manhunt for eric frein, woman the spotted a man with the mud covered face, toting a rifle, near a high school in the poconos. the tonight investigators say they believe they are getting close. "action news" reporter kenneth moton is live from the satellite center with the very latest, kenneth. >> reporter: walter, tate police say that woman was 15 to 20 feet away from the man believed to be eric frein. they say this possible sighting is credible and their search has moved south. >> the pennsylvania state police have a new target, area in their search for survivor list and suspect killer eric frein in the poconos. the this is after a possible sighting around 9:00 last night in the area of poconos mountain east high school, which he attended. the investigators say man's

face was covered with mud and he was carrying a rifle, but a positive identification, cannot be made. >> there was a surprise encounter, it was after dark, and there was a laid that i was out the for a walk. she was walking past a wood line and encounter him just off the the road. >> reporter: because of the sighting there is an intense search there and in the swift water area in paradise and pocono townships. >> i think we have kept a tremendous amount of pressure on him and that has had some bearing, on where he is at right now, if assuming it is him. >> reporter: frein has alluded hundreds of officers who have been tracking him for more than a month, since the shootings of two state troopers in the blooming grove barracks killing corporal byron dickson. >> i know it is wearing on all of the community and the people. believe me it the wears on us too and the the men and women that i have out in those woods searching for this criminal will. >> reporter: that is why the support for law enforcement has been tremendous. governor tom corbett read these inspirational messages

from residents. he thanked the countless number of officers who have come from all over to help in the search. >> it is a community, it is a commonwealth, and it is a nation coming together. >> yes everybody has one mission and that one mission toys apprehend this individual. >> thursday, two homeowners in the crest co area of the poconos reported finding blood on their properties. state the police are testing that blood to see if it belongs to frein. we're reporting live from the satellite center, kenneth moton for channel six "action news", walter. >> thanks, kenneth. now to a developing story out of virginia where investigators discovered human remains in the search for missing college student hanna graham. graham has been missing since september 13th and remains were found today, on an abandon property. forensic testing is being done to determine an identity, 918 year-old university of virginia could have more was last seen with the man whom police say was jesse matthew. the matthew was arrested more than a week later and was charged with abduction with intent to defile.

investigators are working to determine if a house fire was started by some candles used to light up a family's home. the fire broke out at 3:30 this morning on em ber lane in willingboro, new jersey. fire fighters say they arrived on the scene to find heavy smoke and flames pouring from the home. it took a half an hour to bring this one under control no injuries have been reported. six people had to be rescued from the delaware river this afternoon, after their sail boats capsized. it happened at 1:00 by new castle delaware. up investigators say boats were racing at the time of the incident. nobody was injured. it was a tense night for family in strawberry mansion where a ten year-old difficulties a appeared, police spent hours searching as family feared the worst but bria mount finally returned to her aunt's house this morning. she was reported missing at 2:00 a.m. after she failed to return home. she said she tried to call and then stayed with a friend because have the have the late hour. >> she said that she tried to call but nobody answered the phone. that is all i know. >> nobody answered she said. it was laid.

she didn't want to travel at nighttime. >> you don't do that. >> reporter: family members and friend are angry that the unidentitified adult at the house where bria mount stayed didn't make more of an effort to either contact them or bring the the child home. a $3,000 reward is being offered for information, that will return a beloved dog back to its owner. louie was stolen along with his owner's car ten days ago from the parking lot in port richmond. today dozens of volunteers hit the streets hoping to find louie or any helpful information. "action news" reporter nora muchanic has more. >> louie, come home. >> reporter: volunteers fanned out in port richmond and other locations around the city, leafletting and talking to people about louie, the the missing black labrador. >> help us find louie, he is a dog missing. the just keep your eye out. >> reporter: two-year old rescue louie disappeared october 9th when schoolteacher jj pierce had her car stolen from the parking lot of the home depot in south philadelphia. louie was inside. >> as the the days passed i get more and more worried,

she only has louie. we need to find louie today. >> reporter: pierce's car was found in north philadelphia but only louie's collar was inside until he is found jj pierce and her new found friend will keep looking. >> i'm completely overwhelmed and in awe of this he self lessness of these people. >> reporter: in port richmond i'm nora muchanic for channel six "action news". moving on to the latest on the ebola situation, a situation where president obama is urging calm. the president used his weekly address to reassure americans that wrapped response teams are ready to help hospitals, if an out break occurs in the u.s. meantime, family members held a memorial service to remember thomas eric duncan 29 nurses infect while treating him are still being treated inside specialize lacing units. meantime another health care worker from dallas a lab supervisor who handled duncan's blood samples is quarantined as a precaution. that ship is headed back to texas. >> to have a ship stopped for

center as part of the the dispute with the convention center, carpenter union has not signed an agreement, new work rules and is now banned from working at the center as a result. this house is on the move, for a very good cause. the it is a home that has been donate by habitat for humanity and it is on its way to the family in egg harbor township whose house was severely damaged during super storm sandy. volunteers pulled it through atlantic city on its way to the final destination on place place. the new home was built by good volunteers by habitat for humanity but it was paid for by an anonymous donor. some young people now have a new place to hang out. >> ♪ >> with the the help of the local band, a new rec center at pleasant playground on chew avenue and slowcome street was unveiled. three million-dollar facility includes two activity room, new play ground equipment and the water spray. there were animals have of every size and stripe at the philadelphia zoo today but

i'm meteorologist adam joseph not a bad start, breezy side today and in mixture of sun and clouds, double scan live radar not showing much going on but we have a lot of clouds, upstairs, and front approaching,. a low stalled off the the coast but first with that frost but possible on, northwestern suburbs of chester, and montgomery and bucks county in the lehigh valley, pine barons and interior southern new jersey. the right the now no watches but there is a freeze watch in effect for the poconos but that is something that could change, quickly here, especially second half of the weekend and then, on tuesday, we will have a low developing to our east, 2:00p in m tuesday afternoon, this low could spin back not only a lot of clouds but on and shower,
