above 50. meteorologist chris sowers tracking it for us in accuweather. >> reporter: we knew it was going to happen. it's amazing in some locations earlier this week we saw the 70s. him let's go live on sky 6. we have atlantic city, all is quiet, it's breezy and clouds up above, but not too bad out there. big story over the next 24 hours will be the cool weather that continues to seep in. temperatures are in the 40s we're not going to climb too much higher than this in the lehigh valley. allentown, getting up to 52, 53, you're in the upper 40s. pottstown, 50, saint davids 48. chester and center city 53. glassboro, 52. cinnaminson, 53. hammonton, down to 49. winds continue to howl. yesterday we had gusts 25 to 30 miles per hour. it's a northwesterly breeze it's a much cooler shot of air than what we saw yesterday.

the suspect's car collided with another car on i-95 in another, delaware. the suspect's car hit a guardrail scrirg the passenger in the suspect's vehicle. police cruised a helicopter and k-9 looking for the driver who fled. investigators have not said what caused or who caused the accident. >> a fire in philadelphia's fern rock section sent five people to the hospital on the 1500 block of north 7th street. three adults, a 2-year-old an 15-year-old were taken to einstein to be checked for smoke inhalation, the home was destroyed. the cause is under investigation. the massive manhunt for accused cop killer eric frein is taking a new turn this morning. police are following a highly credible possible sighting of

him. it was near school that frein attended poconos mountain in lehigh county. >> it was a surprise encounter. it was after dark. >> there was a lady out for a walk, walking past a wood line and encountered him off the road. the individual's face was covered with mud, so positive identification could not be made. >> based on on this new tip police are moring south to swift water paradise and pocono township. they may get lab reports on blood found near homes in the search vicinity. frein is accused of ambushing, corporal by any by any and trooper alex douglass, dixon was killed, douglass was wounded. the search of hannah gram has come to a tragic end.

specimen of the man who died from ebola. two nurses who cared for duncan and later diagnosed with the ebola are still in the hospital. anyone who came in contact with them are being monitored. the two nurses are only the ebola patients in america. >> president obama is going to ask congress for more funding to fight ebola. he said even though ebola -- america is not in the midst of an outbreak, we must stop its origin in africa. he downplayed calls for a travel ban between the u.s. and these countries. >> trying to seal off the region of the world would make

west, it will cut through the great lakes and hit the mid atlantic and stall off the coast of new england as we get into tuesday, wednesday and thursday, it's that storm system that will bring several chances of rain in the seven-day forecast. 56 degrees later this afternoon in philadelphia. allentown, 52. tomorrow morning temperatures dropping into the low to mid 30s, far western suburbs as well as the pine barrens in south jersey, it's these two areas, pine barrens, lehigh valley, that have the freeze warning, for everybody else it's a frost advisory. allentown, reading, sun and clouds, windy, 52 degrees is the forecasted high, that's well below average. atlantic city marathon is taking place this morning, you'll have windy conditions down there, chilly with temperatures presently in the 50s, you're topping out at 58 degrees later on. with the wind it will feel cooler than that.

from his coat. no arrests and no word on motive. the action cam was on 352 in chadsford earlier this morning where a police chase in delaware county ended when the suspect lost control of his car. the car flipped off its roof. the driver took state police on a 17-mile ride that started in media and ended back on 352. police arrested the driver and he is facing a long list of charges. so far officers have not said why they started to follow the car. president obama is offering words of caution about the ebola virus. kenneth moten has more. >> reporter: for more than an hour saturday evening president obama received an ebola update from the white house. he heard from the heads of a number of departments an agencies. ebola wrt -- were the concern of
