matt pellman basically it's a little bit better today than yesterday, we have cloudy skies and damp conditions building back in. sounds like a plan. good morning, everybody, we are looking at the super highway in bucks county. we checked it out ten minutes ago it was fine. now there's a crash northbound at oxford valley road. vehicles coming north are slowing down, you can see them tapping their brakes and getting out of the right lane to allow emergency crews to do their work. one in lower merion haverford road near eagle road. eastbound near willow grove on the pennsylvania turnpike, they picked you meanment cones as you head east toward bensalem.

they opened the burlington bristol bridge. it's been closed every night this weekend, they will close it 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. each night, stick with the turnpike connector bridge up top there, as the alternate. tam. >> okay, thank you, matt. developing overnight a test driver turned into a wild police pursuit and ended with a wreck in delaware county. katherine scott is live in wynnfield where this got started. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, and philadelphia police say the victim wanted to buy the car. the suspects are the would-be sellers. one suspect is in custody, the other police are looking for the other. this started on city avenue near saint joseph's campus. it ended in landsdown where one person was taken into custody. the victim had spotted a car he

wanted to buy and set up a meeting. he connected with the seller suspect around 11:00 p.m. on city avenue. the victim wanted to test drive the car and that's when the seller and another man wanted to rob the victim. the victim couldn't get out of the car, the car sped off, all three people were inside. police started to pursue them and that pursuit continued into delaware county. the car lost control and smashed into a fence one of the suspects fled on foot, police were able to append the other, the victim was in the injured. police want to hear from you if you have any tips. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> in the news this morning, developing right now, police are on the hunt for an armed man who robbed a 7-eleven in the port richmond section of philadelphia. it happened on the 3000 block of aramingo avenue. the thief stole $60 and fled west on west moreland street.

>> the first people who were in contact with the ebola patient thomas duncan are out of quarantine. officials say they have zero chance of having ebola. two of duncan's nurses contracted ebola. one of the nurses amber vinson flew to cleveland. now her family was i should a statement suggesting that she ignored any of the government provided protocols. more police officers are on patrol outside poconos mountain east high school. a woman said she spotted accused cop killer eric frein. police called her tip highly credible. >> he had actually turned towards me and that's where you could see the mud on his face, you could tell what height he

was based on the truck he was standing next to. >> reporter: did he have a gun? >> you could clear see he had a gun. >> reporter: rifle? >> with a scope attached to it. >> the woman ran to her home and called police. frein is on the run after allegedly killing corporal bryon dickson and wound trooper alex douglass. authorities have not confirmed that the blood found outside two homes was frein's blood. the test results come back today. three suspects are under arrest there were 14 business robberies starting in august. this past weekend a police officer stopped a car believed to play a role in the crimes. investigators say one of the suspects was driving with a gun and mask inside the vehicle. the other two suspects a taken into custody elsewhere. >> maureen faulkner the widow

shows you at least we're dry. some neighborhoods may have frost on windshields this morning as we have frost and freeze warnings around this morning. we have sun coming up eventually off the coast. at the same time we're looking at clouds increasing as the day goes on. a couple of highlights to your forecast early today and this week. first we are starting out with frost, so bring in those pot the plants if you haven't already and then we have damp pattern in the next couple of days. temperatures are in the 30s and winds are light out of the south at 3 miles per hour. there have been times we've seen thin cloud cover, a clearing overnight has happened -- helped the temperatures dip in the 30s in many suburbs.

at philadelphia international airport. if you like it warm, you better fly out of town. >> we don't want you flying down the roadways, we want you to have the easy ride into work this morning. let's talk to matt pellman and see what it's like in the suburbs. >> reporter: if you're traveling turn on the heater and grab a cup of coffee. as we go to the burbs we have delays on the northbound lanes of route 1 the super highway by oxford valley rooted. they have blocked the right lane with the merge is you crews on the scene. with the left lane squeezing by as you come up from langhorne head toward morrisville along route 1, we are seeing a bit of a delay. elsewhere in bucks county it's a big day in bristol township we're the proud recipients of a new traffic pattern along route

rescued a woman stuck in a chimney. look at this video. you got to see this. then after they rescued her they hauled her away in handcuffs. police say she was trying to break into the home of a man she met online. this is the second time she was found on his roof. two weeks ago he spotted her and called police, but by that time she already disappeared. >> happening today lawyers for the boston bombing suspect will be in court for status hearing. they will meet with federal prosecutors they are awaiting a judge's ruling on several requests including defense motion on admissible evidence of in the case. >> be amy buckman has tips onw to save money at the costume

i-95 no major issues issues. the northeast extension work zone on the northbound side between lansdale and quakertown has cleared out, so all lanes open in both directions there. mass transit, so far, so good, train and buses are on time at this point on monday morning. >> reporter: all right, matt a chilly morning it is, we have frost advisories and freeze warnings across most neighborhoods. 31 in quakertown. 32 in coatsville, 34 in fleetwood. these are close enough to freezing to make you think there can frost out there. south jersey, 34 and 31, milder down the shore. delaware you're not escaping the cold there, either with a lot of the areas in the 30s. 45 degrees by 9:00. 55 by noon, you might want to put it off until the afternoon when it gets better, 61 degrees at 2 and 63 around 3:30 or 4.
