workers on the scene only the right lane getting by. this is a tow truck that arrived on the scene, as well. you want to expect major delays with this, it hadn't happened yet. no big delays yet, the right lane is getting by on i-95 northbound in bucks county between street road and 4:13. stick to 13 or route 1 the boulevard instead. there you can see the alternates. route 1 moving fine at this point. you can see i-95 northbound slowing in this area because of this accident involving an overturned box truck right there. looking outside on the boulevard at ridge avenue we can see no problems, that's southbound traffic heading toward the schuylkill expressway and moving nicely. paving blocking the inner drive between cottman and rising sun for another half-hour, but right now it's looking good. >> "action news" has learned a police-involved shooting took place in the lehigh valley and the coroner has been called to

we have dry conditions this morning, compared to yesterday when all of us were getting wet. looking outside, the camera is not jiggling as much because the winds are not as strong. a couple of highlights to the forecast of course first of all it will be better today transitioning to a mixture of clouds and sun. we're at the beginning of what's going on to be a long, dry stretch. we'll see that in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast in just a bit. philadelphia's current temperature is 57. we have a shot of losing a few degrees before we turn it around. we'll stay in the 50s in the city. winds north northwest at 10 miles per hour, not that bad, getting breezier later on. satellite showing that pinwheeling around the area of low pressure off the coast of new england. we have drier air and overall we're expecting a mix of clouds

>> thank you, karen. a new york city police officer suffered critical head injuries when a hatchet-wielding man attacked without warning. it happened in queens. three officers suffered minor injuries, but they were able to get a shot off and killed him. he was discharged from the navy for misconduct. nypd has not ruled out terrorism as a potential motive. bullets blasted through two homes in a philadelphia neighborhood. police arrested the suspected shooter and recovered an assault rifle in bustleton, last night. the man unloaded 28 shots. two hit a 57-year-old man, he is in critical condition. one house has 20 bullet hellos another with two more. nobody inside the homes was hurt. this is brand new video of a fire that tore through a home in camden. "action news" learned that the
