it's gorgeous out there though. temperatures are milder than yesterday. we don't have a cloud in the sky. look at the sun glistening down. it's shaping up to be a nice sunday. normally we should be around 63 degrees. yesterday we topped out at 70 in the city. that's fantastic. it felt great. wilmington, 69. millville and allentown, 68. trenton, 67 degrees. right now because we were so warm yesterday and we had a little bit of cloud cover overnight it helped to keep the temperatures up. 59 in pottstown, warring you can 55. chester, 56. cinnaminson, 56 degrees, glassboro and buena, 57. after lone closing in on 60. we did have a cold front pull through, but the air behind the front is pacific in origin not arctic. we'll see a mild day today and tomorrow doesn't look too bad,

demand. >> uber worked in other cities, it's the taxi cab monopoly trying to exert its power. uber released a statement that reads -- a big issue is money, to operate a cab in the city you need what's called a medallion they are auctioned off and go roughly for half million bucks. what happens next, the philadelphia parking authority expects to get an injunction against uber. i did speak to an uber spokesperson who said the drivers will have all costs covered. septa union workers will vote on a possible strike. the union has been working under an expired contract since march. septa management said they have

safety administration has criticized for the handle of the air bag recall. the air bags are blamed for three deaths and 100 injuries. regulators allowed recalls limited to areas with high humidity. but lawmakers are calling for immediate recall of millions of the faulty air bags. toms river police and firefighters will be conducting emergency drills at the ocean county mall until 10:00 a.m. this morning. a similar drill took place at the philadelphia international airport. evaluators will get feedback in several weeks to see what changes need to be made. the federal government requires the airport to run such drills every three years. the eagles are hoping their defense is as hot as the desert location where they face the

>> reporter: the alleged gunman was armed with a 40 caliber handgun when he approached the table where two of his cousins were sitting along with three other friends. at 10:30 he opened fire killing one and wounding four others. 14-year-olds are in critical. nate hacht listed in serious and andrew fryburg in critical condition. they were described as the gunman's closest friends. fryburg comes from a prominent family within the native american tribe that runs a profitable hotel and casino. he was seen as a future leader of the tribe. >> a lot of folks were considering him that he would move up the culture ranks. >> he was highly regarded. he was the pride of the family.
