david murphy and get the latest on accuweather and karen rogers is watching the rain-slicked roads. >> reporter: good morning, the rain has moved in as accuweather projected it would. there are breaks north of philadelphia where the green is showing up lighter, same thing along the coast. it's not as intense there. it's not super-steady rain in philadelphia. but steady enough to make the roads wet. a little bit of yellow beginning to pop up west of philadelphia in places like lang -- lancaster and harrisburg. looks like the morning rush hour will be wet. we'll transition into a period of the day later this morning and afternoon and evening we're into scattered showers and downpours mixed in. 51 degrees in philadelphia. it's not only wet, but cool. 46 in allentown. 51 in sea philadelphia, and 55

philadelphia safe and sound. detectives at the northwest division have been working for days with the investigators in maryland and federal authorities torched her. her family was driven to the hospital by police to be reunited with her. police say 22-year-old carlesha freeland-gaither did have some injuries, but general doing okay. family stood with investigators to announce she was found safe in jessup maryland after the violent abduction. before being reunited last night. carlesha freeland-gaither spoke with her mother on the phone. they were overcome with emotion. >> when she heard my voice, she broke down, she was crying i had to calm her down, we both had to calm down. after we calmed down i told her i love her.

assault. he was released from prison a month ago. his uncle said he has a violent background to say the least. >> i'm not surprised. >> reporter: last night the missing girl case came to a dramatic conclude after the atf agents came to the description of delvin barns car. the crew surrounded the vehicle and took barns down while bringing carlesha freeland-gaither to safety. >> the woman was released that law enforcement was on scene and once she had the time to process what had occurred, you could tell she was emotionally distraught. >> reporter: meantime, barns is being held on a slew of charges including warrant out of virginia for attempted murder and abduction and rape and other
