police met with the u.s. attorney handling the investigation. david? >> that's right, rick. philadelphia police detectives and the federal investigators got together today at the u.s. attorney's office to share all the evidence they gathered as they build the case against delvin barnes. >> somebody else could be the next victim. you don't know how many victims he has got. >> the question the investigators are trying to attention up and down the east coast. are there more victims out there? 37 year old delvin barnes behind bars in virginia facing rape and attempted murder charges there. and federal charges here in connection of the kidnapping of carlesha freeland-gaither. she remains in seclusion with her family today but met with the federal investigators to tell her story. she is alive to tell the story thanks to a multi-agency effort and the quick thinking of

several leads tonight. two suspected cereal bank robbers waiting to be sent back to pennsylvania. christian leblanc and another held in delaware. they were tracked down in new castle tuesday, five hours after the last alleged heist. surveillance video shows them rock -- robbing the citizens bank. they were both wanted for multiple hold ups and they face drug charges in delaware. president obama just authorized a u.s. military to send 1500 additional troops to iraq to help come back the islamic state. the isis mission up for a discussion during a bipartisan lunch at the white house this afternoon. the president's first face-to-face meeting since republican lawmakers since they won control of the senate. looking ahead the next two years the democrats and g.o.p. are cautiously optimistic. >> i think they are frustrated by the gridlock and would like

♪ at the "action news" big board this friday, good news about the u.s. economy. employers actually added 214,000 jobs last month, extending the steadiest pace of job growth in nearly 20 years. and this burst of hiring has led to this -- it is the lowest unemployment rate at 5.8 that we have seen. it is the lowest since july 2008. but locally there is a much different picture of the economy for employees of a millville, new jersey plant. alerting the state department of labor that it will layoff 115 workers in january. the glass manufacturing plant in millville one of 40 owned by them which is based in germany.

and the job loss will actually come as a blow to millville's already struggling question. last year the unemployment rate soared there to an afternoon of 11.9% and the latest could raise it almost a whole percentage point. and home depot released details about the company's recent data beach. hackers that accessed the retailer system with a user name and password they stole from a vendor. and it let them navigate part of home depot's network and employ custom-build malware. names and addresses were taken and home depot is offering as far ass to those impacted. and celebrating veterans day early, students enjoyed this assembly helping them appreciate

>> time to check accuweather for the all-important weekend coming up. and cecily tynan here with the answer. >> hi guys. i want to start with this video first of all. this was from poconos summit today, and if you look closely, yes, they were getting some snow squalls. this was sent in by "action news" assignment editor, steve mckenzie. fortunately nothing sticking to the ground. but stormtracker live showing they still have a few light snow showers in the poconos right now, but now that the sunset the winds are diminishing. these are lake-effect snows and they will be moving out throughout the day. we do have some showers, each with some small hail locally. that led to pictures like this.

"action news" reporter vernon odom live at darby police department headquarters with the story. >> the suspect held in the delaware county prison tonight. the police consider hill dangerous after he allegedly called them on the telephone and told them if they wanted him, they'd have to come get him. this is 18-year-old kassim hill of darby in prison tonight charged with attempted rape and charges on an ailied assault ona 14-year-old girl. occurring in his home on ninth street wednesday march. he lured the girl inside, sent his siblings upstairs and took the girl into a first-floor bedroom. >> she was sexually assaulted. i don't know that a rape occurred but i am not ruling that out. >> the police say a friend of hill's came to the house unexpectedly, knocked on the door and heard the child screa
