afternoon and fbi picked up barnes earlier this morning at the regional jail outside of richmond, virginia and a judge issued this court order to have barnes returned to philadelphia. acting on this request from the district attorney's office. barnes was arrested in maryland last wednesday when he was found in a shopping center parking lot with carlesha freeland-gaither, and three days earlier he allegedly snatched the young lady off the street in german town, it was an abduction caught on video that shocked the nation. carlesha was found alive and has been with her family since. she is getting counseling and recovering from the ordeal. barnes was in virginia for an outstanding offense, accused of kidnapping and raping a
