afternoon and fbi picked up barnes earlier this morning at the regional jail outside of richmond, virginia and a judge issued this court order to have barnes returned to philadelphia. acting on this request from the district attorney's office. barnes was arrested in maryland last wednesday when he was found in a shopping center parking lot with carlesha freeland-gaither, and three days earlier he allegedly snatched the young lady off the street in german town, it was an abduction caught on video that shocked the nation. carlesha was found alive and has been with her family since. she is getting counseling and recovering from the ordeal. barnes was in virginia for an outstanding offense, accused of kidnapping and raping a

16-year-old girl, and she escaped while he was allegedly digging her grave. they want to prosecute him on the kidnapping charges here f first and then back to virginia for the state charges. >> at that time we may learn of additional charges they may be included in to documents that are remained under seal since last week at the request of the federal prosecutors. david henry, channel 6 "action news." >> david thank you. we have an update to a story that "action news" brought you yesterday about a corvette plunging into the delaware river, it turned out it all started over a nasty divorce. authorities say that john cramer intentionally drove the car into the water and drove off. she says that cramer texted her
