police showed up torched a 20-year-old man laying on the ground. he was shot multiple times. she rushed him to the hospital and he died a short time later. witnesses say they saw two cars speed away after the shooting. they are trying to track down the cars. >> eric frein is facing new charges in part because of a letter he supposedly wrote to his parents. he is charged with two counts of terrorism. they found a letter on the computer intended for his mom and dad. he said he shot the troopers in the hopes of starting a revolution. prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty for the man charged with killing a state trooper and wounding another. mayor nutter is expected to testify on the hearing of the philadelphia gas works. mayor nutter supports the sale of the company to a private
