victim's body was removed. vernon odom is live now along kelly drive with the latest. >> reporter: it was sunny and frigid along kelly drive at mid-day, traffic was shut down for about two hours. just before noon time, police got an emergency call that this vehicle this crossed kelly drive at a key intersection and hit the wall and plunged into the river. it was coming down the highway out of control witnesses say. it took the marine unit and police some hour to fine the suv in some 12 feet of water, the lone victim was a female u. and she was pronounced dead at the scene. >> there was no indication that there was an application of the brakes or if she had a medical issue or mechanical failure or if it was intentional.

prayer, four people including three americans were killed when a jerusalem synagogue was attacked by masked men. they all had dual citizenship and one has family living right here in our area. armed with guns, knives and axes, they stormed the synagogue in what is called a horrific and gruesome attack. many people were injured including from axe blows to the head. the attackers were killed by police, this is the first time during the long standing palestinian conflict that worshippers were targeted. >> people come to worship god in the sanctuary of the synagogue and were hatcheted and hacked in that holy place in an act of pure terror and senseless brutality and murder. >> because americans were involved in today's attack, the fbi will play a role in the

most spots are below the freezing mark, coming in at 30 degrees, 27 in allentown and on the coast 31 degrees in sea isle city. we went straight to winter in much of the region today. the afternoon high climbed up to 32 degrees but when the peak wind gusts are 35 miles per hour, the highest windchill factor was 19 degrees. if are you looking for relief, are you not going to find it. we have windchills in the teens, and 17 in trenton and 18 for both philadelphia and wilmington and north and west of town a windchill of 13 degrees and 19 there at the boardwalk. we'll talk about what is ahead. satellite 6 along with action radar you can see we have mainly clear skies across much of the delaware and lehigh valleys. we are not tracking precipitation for the rest of tonight but the chill is sticking around and close to record territory again.

"action news" reporter dann cuellar is live with the details. >> reporter: monica, firefighters from a number of municipalities remain on the scene here at the columbus farmers market on a cold and bitter evening here in burlington county, they remain here keeping an eye on the smoldering debris making sure it does not rekindle. it was just before 2:00 when the fire broke out at the market,

billed as the large of the plea market with over 65 retail stores. today's high winds fanning the inferno, they attack the fire from all sides, with 150 firefighters on hand and the fire broke out in building four and the fire walls helped to contain the blaze to that building. the good news is the flea market is closed. this is a thursday, there would be a lot of people shopping in there. here is more from the mayor mcdaniel. >> the walls from that section and the adjoining section, the damage is well contained to that building four, the yellow section, which is great. >> the good thing is it was closed today? >> yes, it's usually closed on tuesday, so as far as we know, no injuries or fatalities or anything like that. >> the fire ch
