neighborhood, they see it and follow the trucks, nine times out of ten nobody is home because they are working. >> an ups driver knocks on the door at this home on green wood avenue, no one answers so he leaves the package according to instructions from the homeowner. the box is full of toys for the holiday season, a man two doors down is scoping out the delivery man watching his every move, once the driver leaves the man appears just minutes later, he walks on to his neighbor's porch, takes a look around and then swipes the package, doing his dirty work police say while juggling a baby in his hand. >> the thing that bothers me about this one is the little baby in the video, he never lets go and uses the baby as a cover.

the studentses will not face any further discipline. and now more in the attempted murder trial of eric torres, he is accused of trying to kill officer edward davis. davis spent more than a month in the hospital recovering from his injuries. the pennsylvania supreme court is hearing arguments in the case of archdiocese monsignor william lynn, he was found guilty in the priest sex abuse scandal but the conviction was thrown out on appeal last year. prosecutors want it reinstated that he failed to protect a particular child victim in the case and the monsignor lynn is on house arrest. they gathered in montgomery county today to honor a police officer who is gone but whose sacrifice is not forgotten, officials family and friends

off and i'm rick williams. firefighters were alerted to the flames inside of columbus's farmer's market at 2:00 this afternoon and dann cuellar is live at the scene with the full story. >> reporter: rick, a few firefighters remain on the scene here making sure the fire does not rekindle, officials say it's too early to say what caused the inferno that caused four alarms, today's high winds did not help. the scene from chopper 6 hd after the fire broke out at the columbus farmers market. shortly thereafter 150 firefighters began arriving to battle the inferno being fanned by high winds this afternoon. >> we were hampered by the winds, cold weather and winds were a big issue on this, give the fire a good head start once it started in there.
