off and i'm rick williams. firefighters were alerted to the flames inside of columbus's farmer's market at 2:00 this afternoon and dann cuellar is live at the scene with the full story. >> reporter: rick, a few firefighters remain on the scene here making sure the fire does not rekindle, officials say it's too early to say what caused the inferno that caused four alarms, today's high winds did not help. the scene from chopper 6 hd after the fire broke out at the columbus farmers market. shortly thereafter 150 firefighters began arriving to battle the inferno being fanned by high winds this afternoon. >> we were hampered by the winds, cold weather and winds were a big issue on this, give the fire a good head start once it started in there.

fortunately the building was built with fire walls in place which helped us tremendously to confine the fire to one section of the market. >> it was confined to one of the four buildings at the market. that was built in the 1920s. officials say that ten businesses were lost. the co-owners of not just bagels says there's was among them and it couldn't be at a worst time. before the thanksgiving holidays. >> according to the firefighters, everybody is gone. >> busiest day of the year, so we don't know what we are going to do. >> the only consolation is that the market was close today. if it was a busy thursday, it would have been sheer chaos. >> back here outside of the cluckous farmers market,

five people including three americans were killed while they were gathering more morning prayer. it's believed that two palestinian cousins went in with guns, axes and knives and carried out the assault. all the victim his dual israeli citizenship and one of the victims has family members living in ocean county, new jersey. nora muchanic is live from our new jersey newsroom tonight. >> reporter: good evening rick, one the rabbis killed in israel is the father of a lakewood man who is also a rabbi, he got the news early this morning and the local jewish community made arrangements for him to fly to israel in hopes he will be there in time for his funeral. >> he was one of the four rabbis killed inside of a jerusalem

synagogue by attackers wielding knives and cleavers. he lives in this lakewood apartment and got the news in the middle of the night. >> i walked into the apartment and he was just crying, sobbing, he was standing there with his wife, the children were all sleeping. >> they are working on getting tickets and passports in place in order to get the son on the plane immediately to israel. >> at temple emanuel in cherry hill, there were prayers today, they were horrified that palestinian was attack jews inside of a synagogue. >> this is not about god, this is about pure hatred. >> to go into a place of worship and do what they did is just inexcusable. >> we love our god and our country and they look at us like

areas that we can work with the community to solve some issues that they have today. the new casino is a joint venture, one of the owners runs parks casino and developers plan to break ground in eight months and open the doors in two years, big changes for one of the biggest shopping centers in the country. the king of prussia mall will add 50,000 square foot of restaurant and retail space, a plan was officially unveiled today. sara bloomquist is live there with the details. >> reporter: hi there rick, here at the king of prussia mall there is this side with neiman marcus and bloomingdales, and then the other side. you won't have to walk outside soon, this new expansion links the mall and adds stores to this

immense complex. >> there is the court on one side and the plaza on the other. >> you have this great property that is divided by a road and it's cold when you have to go outside. there is a link to make it a seamless experience. >> today the mall's owner retail giant simon announced a project and construction is underway, you can see in this animated artist's rendering the 155,000 edition bridges the two sides of the mall. inside there is enough space for 60 or 70 new stores, rest rans and a dining pavilion and all sorts of new features to enhance the shopping experience. >> you'll have phone charges stations and soft chairs and a new parking deck. >> the old parking garage is coming down to make way for the new parking facility.

a man faces homicide charges in the death of his son. david henry is following the story with more. >> it took middletown police more than a month to get to the bottom of the death of a 4-year-old boy and now they have arrested a suspect. >> i didn't do nothing -- >> coco walls proclaimed his innocence as he was carted off to jail.

>> i didn't kill my own son. >> it happened at wallace's apartment in bristol. they say his son sebastian was given six oxycodone pills or ate them like candy. wallace took the child to the emergency room where he died of a massive overdose. >> more than three times enough to do one of us in, so that plainly a very substantial amount of oxycodone. police say he did his best to cover think tracks after he died. police say he threw a bag of pilled out of the window of i-95 three days after sebastian died. investigators say they found the man that gave him the pills. >> mr. wallace was in the possession of a large number of oxycodone pills the night he died. >> wallace is charged with

are looking at the possibility of record lows tonight and record cold, and the accuweather highlight, and up in new york state dealing with extreme snow, and forecasting the low of 20 degrees and that is 1 degrees above the record low, and the atlantic city airport and reading will likely tie or set new records with overnight lows dropping to the teens. look at what they are dealing with in upstate new york, this is south of buffalo, already more than four feet of snow, it's about up to your waist and it looks like by thursday, some areas, could get more than six feet of snow there, that is more than all of our snow last winter here. straight to winter it feels like it today. our high 32 degrees above

average, the peak wind gust, with windchill was 49 degrees, bundle up, 29 in philadelphia and 27 in millville and 32 in allentown and sea isle city and wilmington 27 degrees, you factor in the wind and the windchill makes it feel like 19, and it feels like 16 in millville. satellite 6 along with action radar showing that we are pretty much cloud free here and it will allow for radiational cooling and that band of snow south of buffalo new york, it's about 200 miles long and this is what is dropping the very heavy snow, buffalo about 2 inches but some areas south of buffalo could end up with six feet of snow by thursday, they have actually had to shut down portions of the new york state highway. tomorrow back at home, 33 degrees and windchills in the 20s and it will be cold and not quite as brutal as today.
