donuts getting coffee when he heard what sounded like toppling baking sheets. >> i didn't realize what is it was at the time but you could feel the impact. >> he felt the tractor trailer slamming into the dunkin' donuts sign with three vehicles pinned beneath the cab, one was the vehicle at the dunkin' donuts drive-thru. >> i have been here 15 years and this is the worst i have ever even. >> in the end two people were killed and nine people were injured. the driver of the big rig was not injured. there was a toxicology report taken but there is no reason to believe he was under the influence. >> we believe watching the video, he was driving at an excessive rate of speed for the conditions and the traffic was backing up. >> that trucker has already been charged with two counts of

homicide by vehicle and nine counts of aggravated assault and that is just the beginning of the list of charges, the victim's names have not been released but all nine that survived suffered non-life-threatening injuries. >> thank you walter. new jersey attorney general's office confirms they are now assisting in the death of cooper health system ceo and his wife. john and joyce sheridan were found in the burned out bedroom of their somerset home in september. under circumstances that prosecutors call suspicious and sources say that both john and joyce were stabbed prior to the fire. >> new jersey's attorney general's office says they are working to finalize the details of what they call a very complex case. >> a snow storm could drop two to three feet on buffalo, new york and those folks can't take

much more after a storm dumped six feet there. this is interstate 90 covered in snow and the entire stretch of roadway was shut down, some people were stranded in their cars. >> an entire team on a bus for 24 hours and in neighborhoods people continue to shovel and clear off mountains of snow on driveways and sidewalks and this storm has already proven deadly. cecily tynan is here with more. this is staggering. >> some people will be dealing with eight feet of snow up there, and that does not include snow drifts. we are not dealing with snow but we are dealing with record lows. philadelphia dropped down to 20 degrees tying the record low for this date set back in 1936, and reading setting a new record of

17, trenton and wilmington not a record but cold at 19 degrees, the atlantic city airport. down to 20 degrees. the temperatures are having a tough time rising from there, yesterday's high was 32 and up to 33 degrees today and not quite as cold because the winds are not quite as strong. this is the earliest stretch since 199 6 this is unusually cold. philadelphia 32 and wilmington 32 and allentown 32. and the winds are not as strong as yesterday, and the windchill feels like 20 in philadelphia and 22 in wilmington and feels like 19 degrees in allentown and the poconos, and actually the ski resorts in the poconos are making snow in this cold. the evening planner is showing if are you headed out temperatures will not be dropping that quickly.

attorney. fire investigators in cape may county are working to figure out what sparked a deadly blaze in north wildwood last night. viewer video shows the intense flames and explosions. firefighters were called to the scene at the 200 block of west 17th avenue just after 8:00 p.m., crews brought the blaze under control and it was too late for the person inside and that person was pronounced dead on the scene. some baggage handlers at philadelphia international airport are going on strike. the baggage handlers and workers hired by prime flight plan to walk out on the job, they are striking over unfair labor practices. boulevard. it's clogged up from city avenue to the walt whitman bridge, and late running construction got us off to a bad start on east 75th and they are spilling on to the vine street expressway. the westbound delays are attributable, and they are stacked up waiting to get on 276. a couple of accidents here, a bad one brought down poles and wires and is blocking butler pike by the broad axe tavern and use 202 but there is a crash there as well: and the crash involving the ambulance along 23, and elsewhere in chester county, a broken down vehicle in the southbound lanes of 202 by 401, it's cleared out and extra heavy on 202 approaching this point. we'll check it again in the 5:00
