airport this morning. >> passing motorists jump in to save a car filled with people trapped upside down and under water. >> let's go over to david murphy and talk about owsh weather and karen has our traffic. >> reporter: you'll need a coat as you head out this morning, it's not as raw as uncomfortable always the last couple of mornings. we'll see sunshine there's clouds out to the west, most of those will be thin enough to allow sunshine in today. temperatures have gone up in the last half-hour, 37 in philadelphia. 26 in allentown, 34 in wilmington. 37 in millville 40 in sea isle city. there's a little bit of wind blowing that will give you a windchill making it feel like 29 degrees, the winds are 7 to 12 miles per hour right now across the region so not all that strong. as we head out to get the car started or catch the bus, you have temperatures likely dipping to the freezing mark between 6le and 8:00, they are going to turn around nicely.

airport, but make sure the workers messages are heard. you can see at the u.s. airways, terminal c. passengers seem to be checking in with they don't i. employees with the subcontractor, plan to walk off at 7:00 a.m. workers say prime flight, the airline subcontractor, has unlawfully targeted workers who have taken part in union activity. the organizers say workingers have raised concerns over number of issues, wages, unsafe working conditions and lack of training. in may, mayor nutter signed an executive order raising minimum wage for employees, but many have not seen the increases yet. >> the goal is to send the message, workerses are going to keep raising the issue, they

when it landed on the roof in a delaware pond and remains in critical condition this morning. five adults were in the vehicle and in serious condition. they might have all died when the vehicle plunged into the water near the christiana mall yesterday afternoon, but brave people who saw it happened pulled over and ran to save them. the first people to arrive was dallas glass. >> the driver i pulled out of the vehicle he was upside, seat was buckled, reached in pulled him out by his belt loops. dragged him out. >> what did you think? >> you don't, you just go down and help them out as best you can. >> reporter: cell phone videos captured those helping, they managed to get them out of the suv. >> from the delaware newsroom. delaware state trooper

association will hold a news conference later today that will announce a $10,000 reward in the shooting of 17 year trooper. the shooting happened at 24th and market streets as police were investigating a vehicle that appeared to have stolen merchandise inside it. the trooper has since recovered. happening today president obama will announce executive orders designed to stop millions of illegal immigrants from being deported. the white house use facebook to outline the plan. president obama said he can no longer with a lot for congressional action. instead he'll use his executive powers to protect 5 million people from deportation, and make them eligible for work permits. republicans in congress are not happy about this, saying the president should have ironed out a compromise immigration bill with congress. >> we're 50% warmer than

yesterday. >> reporter: you're doing math early. >> it's probably 65. >> reporter: storm tracker 6 live is showing it's a morning for coats, but we're dry. as we look outside, we don't have a whole lot of wind out there, it's a little bit windy. we're not in the 20s, we're in the 30s in philadelphia. as we look at the temperatures, the highlights of today, it's a highlight, this afternoon we'll be a little bit milder, already milder even though it's on the cold side. this afternoon we'll get into the 40s, unfortunately we'll get colder friday before we start to gradually turn it around over the weekend. as we look at the current conditions, 37 degrees in philadelphia. still 27 in trenton. some of the northern suburbs you're below the freezing mark, allentown, 26. 34 in wilmington, 40 in sea isle city, generally speaking these numbers are better than yesterday. wind moderate, but we have windchills making it feel like the upper 20s in philadelphia,

low 30 os down the shore and not much of a windchill at all in allentown. you'll want your sunglasseses to take a drive on i-95 or out the turnpike west of philadelphia. there are clouds out there, but they are high and thin, we'll maintain mostly sunny skies. in in allentown, better, 40 is the high versus yesterday's 40s. down the shore, sunny and nicer than yesterday, for sure. in philadelphia, we'll go for a better high of 45 degrees, mainly sunny, the winds out of the west at 10 to 20 miles per hour later this afternoon. how will we get there? it will be cold by 8:00. 11:00 getting close to 40 and 45-degree high hits this afternoon. again, fairly sunny conditions. high pressure moves in, the winds will not be that strong, but we'll get a bit of a breeze

wrapping around the high. it will be a wind out of the north an that's going to knock the numbers down again. are 45 a bit milder this afternoon, so we get a break today, still coat weather certainly. tomorrow, brisk and colder, high of 36. windchills making it feel like the 20s most of the time partly sunny and chilly start, in the afternoon we moderate a bit to 42. this afternoon milder high of 56 degrees and looks like it stays dry during the daytime with showers move in sunday night. monday, mild, 68 degrees for the high, yes there could showers around at times, but doesn't look like a washout. and we're back to 60 still above average on tuesday, looks like we're back in the 40s for wednesday and probably thanksgiving, as well. >> i can live with the 40s, that's all right. >> 5:10, students clash with police over seas find out what prompted thousands of protester he is to take to the streets.
