monday, record warm temperatures several locations up into the 70s, i'll have the details when i come back in just a bit. eva. >> new on "action news," a man leads a man on a chase through two counties and the take down was caught on surveillance. police say the chase started in delaware county when the officer tried to pull over the van in darby township after 11. the suspect did not stop, anticipate eventually stopped after stopping on the railroad tracks. the action cam was rolling when officers arrested the man. police initially thought the man was a suspect in a kidnapping investigation. viewer video sent to "action news" captured a tour bus fire on the pennsylvania turnpike. it happened on the eastbound lanes of wallace township chester. police were able to pull them

over and get everybody to safety before the flames consumed the bus. a jeep and car collided along route 611 at county line root at 7:30. one person was pronounced at the scene, the others are being treated at area hospitals. the city of ferguson, missouri are on edge while it awailts -- awaits a grand jury ruling on whether to indict a police officer in the shooting of an unarmed black teenager. he fatally shot michael brown, months of protests and clashes with police followed. officers have been trained to prevent similar violence after the grand jury decision. president obama is urging calm and asking protesters to remember where they live. >> this is a country that allows everybody to compress their views and peacefully

we've had big lake-effect snow before, but some of the numbers are insane. 88 inches of snow, hamburg, 80. snow drifts as high as houses. it's incredible the amount of snow they have seen and now they will warm up, and rain and temperatures 60 to 70 degrees. we have temperatures all over the place, the next 48 to 72 hours we're talking about near record cold temperatures this morning to possible record highs by monday, so big, big changes are ahead in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, that's the view of the philadelphia international airport. we're nice and quiet this morning, bluster and chilly, 25 degrees is the number for philadelphia. allentown you've tied the record low of 17. trenton, 22. lancaster, 18. dover and wilmington, 22 degrees, you factor in the breeze and it feels a little bit cooler. 25 feels like 17 for philadelphia. allentown, 17.

trenton, 16. 13 in reading, 18 in lancaster. so it's another very chilly start especially for mid november standards, but we are expecting a nice little warmup. you can see it here, this whole thing would have been a blob of snow, you can see the greenls it's warm -- greens it's warm enough for rain across the ohio valley. by the time you get into tomorrow you'll notice a nice change around here. today, chilly, temperatures will be milder than yesterday, but cooler compared to the seasonable averages, high pressure in control, lots of sunshine expected this afternoon. as we get into sunday, the high works out to sea, that will allow the clouds do increase out of the southwest. winds will shift out of the southwest and monday, a warm front punches through, we'll see a decent amount of rain between 4:00 and 7:00. that pushes on by to the north,

warm front slips through, and opens the door to warm weather. temperatures will be in the 70s. 44 today, 56, sunday. 72 degrees as we get into monday afternoon. there's the seasonable average of 54. of the really only one day over the next three is where we should be for this time of the year. future tracker 6, again, mainly sunny skies throughout the duration of the afternoon. 3:00 p.m., a few clouds sneak in from the western suburbs partly cloudy skies overnight. sunday, more clouds than sun. monday we'll feature quite a bit of rain early in the morning, future tracker is painting this with a lot of the green and yellows. we're looking at a 3 to 4 hour window of steady to moderate rain. this will swing through 8:00, 9:00, it's out of here, monday is a combination of sun and clouds and potential record warmth temperature. a nice one coming up monday.
