flames. everyone is okay power was turned off to the building. philadelphia firefighters battled an overnight fire in kensington. investigator say a fire started in a sports bar that was under construction. flames spread to three buildings on the 3000 block of kensington avenue. firefighters worked for almost an hour to get the blaze under control. the fire marshal is trying to determine what caused that fire. no injuries were reported. police say a mother is a suspect in the shooting of her three children in tabernacle, new jersey. two of the children died, the mother and her other child are clinging to life. "action news" reporter, dann cuellar has the details. >> reporter: we may never know why, but state police say jeaninne lepage did it, if she recovers she'll be charged with shooting her three children killing two of them. new jersey state police

missing dog. jj pierce has her best friend back. sharrie williams has the details of the reunion 6 weeks after he was stolen. >> reporter: it's the reunion this dog owner hoped for but didn't see coming. >> complete shock, i'm in shock. >> reporter: jj pierce is with her back lab louie for the first time in 6 weeks. she picked him up at the philadelphia animal hospital in a surprised arranged meeting her supporters known as team louie received a call from the couple who thought they found him. >> we checked the dog, it was the right dog. they handled him over. >> reporter: louie is back where he belongs, home. >> it is easily the happiest moment of my life to have him home. >> reporter: it is clear where he has been for the last weeks. >> i had doubts, there are very, very low moments. doctors say he lost 15 pounds

and weak, but otherwise okay. >> tried to give me a hug, but when he jumped up to put his paws on my shoulder, he was too weak to do it. >> reporter: on october 9jj came to the south jersey home depot and left louie in the car. the car was stolen with louie in the back seat. that's when team louie was born. they took to social media and facebook page help louie get home with 15,000 likes and billboard torched him. it worked. >> i could not have kept fighting and looking for louie without team louie behind me. so thankful, and unbelievablably happy. >> reporter: it's a great ending and great way to kick off the holiday season. there was a search party planned today to look for louie. that, of course, has been canceled, jj said she can't wait to give louie his favorite food,

>> residents in western new york are preparing for the worst and hoping for the best. areas of buffalo are buried in 8 feet of snow blamed for 12 deaths and now they are facing a warmup and rain that could trigger flooding. new york governor, said the state is sending in pumps and helicopters. one thing that's not going to happen in buffalo, the nfl game, the league decided to move the game to detroit. usually people are happy for a warmup after being cold, but not here. >> reporter: no when you have 7 feet on the ground and tells in the -- temperatures in the 60s that could create widespread flooding.

viewer video sent to "action news" captured a tour bus fire on the pennsylvania turnpike. it happened on the eastbound lanes in wallace, chester county around 9:30. the driver got everyone to safety before the flames consumed the bus. we're days away from the thanksgiving holiday, but a lot of people in our region are starting the celebration early. whether you take to the skies or the roads or the rails to get to your destination, you will not be alone. scores of travelers are heading out this year.

a safe was stolen from the same home back in april. new on "action news," a plan leads police on a chase through two counties and the take-down was caught on camera. police say the chase started in delaware county when the an officer tried to pull over a van in darby township after 11:00 p.m. the suspect did not stop and drove into philadelphia before eventually stopping on the railroad tracks delaware avenue and reid street, police have not confirmed why they initially pursued the man. one person is dead and four other people are injured after a crash in horsham, montgomery county. police say a jeep and a car collided along route 611 at county line at 7:30 last night. one person was pronounced at the scene. others are being treated at area hospitals. ferguson, must must is braising itself for the grand jury decision on weather to charge a white police officer in the shooting death of an unarmed

mountains. mainly a combination of sun and clouds this afternoon. the big storm we're watching is starting to gather strength across dallas and portions of texas. as we switch to the water vapor imaging, it is riding the southern branch. jet stream and starting to work north into the ohio and tennessee valleys. that will bring rain into our neck of the woods on monday followed by a big, big warmup and the numbers crash again. future tracker 6, high, thin clouds move in later on. otherwise it's a mostly sunny day. overnight tonight we go partly cloudy, sunday, combination of sun and clouds of sunday is a nice day temperatures in the mid 50s, monday morning here comes that swath of heavy moisture between let's say 3 and 7:00 a.m. him you can see the yellows here. it may be on the heavier side. once we get into the afternoon that's working its way out and we see nothing more than a

combination of sun and clouds throughout monday afternoon. the tricky partly comes on tuesday, this frontal system will stall off the coast. there's two reliable forecast models we look at when we are this far away from the event. one has this thing going out to sea, it's a complete miss and shows temperatures in the upper 30s and low 40s wednesday and thanksgiving. the other one comes up the coast and throws a mess into the delaware valley with rain and snow and temperatures in the mid 30s, we have to watch that closely. the ocean influences the storm greatly. there's a lot of moisture when we talk about a coastal storm. 44 degrees in philadelphia. that's the high. sunny and chilly. reading, 42, millville, 47. overnight tonight, partly cloudy and chilly, 30 degrees outlying

they are trying to find cats who live in harsh conditions outside. >> we're trying to take care of the ones that are living on streets. we do see new cats that arrive. cat crew has connected 200 cats with new families over the last four years a bond they hope last a lifetime. >> they are not disposable and they are not meant to be brought in and release the. they have a trio of kittens looking for their forever home. >> we have three little tabby kittens. homer is a 5-year-old tabby found in distress. he was found on the streets of nicetown with a continue can tied to his tow. that toe was amputated and he is happy as ever and happy to be called home. >> this is edwin he was brought in two weeks ago. he is a friendly cat. >> reporter: sadie has long hair and great personality.
