have some rain in some neighborhoods, looking at storm tracker 6 live, we had rain pushing through in the overnight at hours, it's been heavy at times, behind this rain, which is being guided through the region by a warm front we'll get warm and i am really warm -- and i mean really warm, 64 degrees, 56 in wilmington, 65 in dover, 60 in millville and the low to mid 60s in places like allentown, reading and trenton. as we head outside to catch the school bus this morning, look for temperatures in the low 60s between 6:00 and 8:00, cloudy and damp with twree branches still -- tree branches still wet, but the rain subsiding during that period. we're going for a high of 72 that's a new high this afternoon and approximate we hit its breaks a record. what a crazy week this will be,

though, karen as temperatures cool down tomorrow and by wednesday some of us could be looking at snow. i'll have the latest on accuweather coming up. >> reporter: you have to keep watching the forecast because it keeps changing. right now we're watching the roads. this is i-95 northbound shut down in delaware county. you can see no traffic is getting by and police on the scene right there off to the side. an accident debris on the roads, emergency crews on the roadway. i-95 shut down between 320 and the blue route so you've got to use 291 or route 1. we have another accident on the schuylkill expressway westbound, approaching bell month, this is slowing here past city avenue to approaching belmont that's an accident i-95 an accident on the schuylkill expressway and now we've got the schuylkill expressway westbound conshohocken construction in the process of clearing, both lanes should be open soon.

an accident involving the tractor-trailer northeast extension northbound approaching quakertown, expect slowing, i would expect a bunch of of accidents with the wet roads. >> good advice. the search is on for a lehigh county mother. police say she left work on friday and hadn't been seen since then. katherine scott is live in our satellite center with more, people say this is a lady who not would not leave behind her children. she left work for a lunch break, and she never returned. this is a picture of who they are looking for. this is 33-year-old jessica pagett, she was last seen leaving friday around 1:00. she was going to drive to her mother's house around 5 miles away to send a fax.

jeaninne lepage died yesterday. she shot her three children in her home on thursday and shot herself. two children died and the other son, alexander is in critical condition. brook field asset management from toronto agreed to buy revel for $110 million. but sources say the deal is off because of the problem with the power plant that provides energy to the revel. a preliminary hearing is scheduled tomorrow for the tractor-trailer driver behind a deadly pileup, stephen bernardito plowed into two cars and two people were killed. the 6abc 6abc dunkin'

donuts thanksgiving day parade marchs down the parkway thursday morning. you can start to watch it at 8:30. >> there's a threat it is raining in buffalo and temperatures have climbed to 54 degrees, resident it is preparing for possible evacuations. erin o'hern is live with this story. >> reporter: go to work, matt, this is round two, even a third round for buffalo, new york one week after the epic snowstorm, several counties from western new york are under flood warnings. this morning some areas got a total of 7 or 8 feet of snow. if you look at the video. there's construction vehicles there, you can see the amount of snow they needed to bring in the dump trucks. people scraping off roofs to prevent the roofs from collapsing. this is the only way they could move the snow out of the area

and clear the streets. now, warmer temperatures threaten to turn the seven feet of snow into melted snow that could be the equivalent of 8 inches of rain. the residents digging out from the epic blizzard are feeling the worst. with all that snow on the ground, they can go from snowed in last week to flooded out this time around. now, officials are warning residents to prepare for wide scale evacuations. >> toxic brew is what happens in a flood. it has sewage in it, it has all sorts of run off in it and it does tremendous damage. >> in case of flooding, officials say they are ready with the evacuation plans and emergency shelters, that's not what residents want to hear for

the holiday forecast. >> we're getting everything thrown at us over the next several days, too, heading outside, the rain is almost over. if we take the two dimensional view it is in the process of pushing out. in the next hour or so, most of the roads in the center portion of the region will be drying out. as we look outside, we have winds conditions you can see the camera down in atlantic city bouncing around a little bit, and temperatures are mild. 64 degrees in philadelphia. blustery out there, mild for this time of year and this morning. low 60s in allentown and reading and trenton and upper 50s along the boardwalk. up in allentown we're going for a mix of clouds and sun possible. windy and very mild, a high of 70 degrees up in allentown and we are going to be challenging record highs this afternoon. down in atlantic city, not as mild, 66 degrees, winds, but

still that mix of clouds and sun, overall comfortable conditions, in philadelphia we're going for a high of 72. if we hit it will beat the record by a degree. clouds and sun, windy and warm conditions winds out of the southwest gusting to 35 miles per hour. yes it will be windy out there and blustery, but at least it's on the mild side. we get there in a hurry. 63 by 8:00. 67 by 11:00. 72 that's the high, by 5:00 p.m. we'll be holding on to the upper 60s. wednesday, i'm skipping tomorrow, tomorrow there is no i. wednesday we're tracking an area of low pressure down in the gulf it will come scooting up the coast. track one, this is it is most likely scenario with a 70% chance. rain south and east as the low comes past us, but it's close enough to the coast to mix with cold air and force snow in the

philadelphia and the northern suburbs. there's a second potential track that takes the storm out to sea and in this case we have minimal impact and light accumulation, what to expect, let's go with the most likely scenario, we want you to warn you for the worst. i can see it starting out as rain on wednesday morning and changing over to snow. that will happen in the northern and western suburbs. north and west of i-95 you'll be looking at mainly snow where is it would be rain in new jersey and delaware, philadelphia on the bubble. rain changing to snow. what is the potential snowfall amount out of this, not much down south, but we could see one to three inches of snow in the i-95 corridor mainly on wednesday night, 3 to 6 inches, though, in the northern and western suburbs outside of philadelphia. this could be a changeover earlier in the day. up in allentown, north of the poconos there could be a potential of 6 inches or more

snow out of this. that could happen during the day or night. what could change, the storm could stay out to sea. it could be not cool enough to support of nch -- this much sno, we want to warn you what the potential is because so many have travel plans. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, 72 very warm. tomorrow partly sunny, cooler, 58. wednesday we're in the 30s in the morning and getting up to 40 and dropping back to below freezing at night in philadelphia. it will be cooler in the northern northern and western suburbs. we'll looking at the rain/snow mix, rain changing over to snow later in the day. northern and western suburbs potential for snow up there. the good news it gets out of here for thanksgiving. brisk and chilly for the parade, high of 42. of that means you'll be spending the parade in the mid to upper
