we have breaking news in bucks county, plumstead township. chopper 6 is over the scene where fire department crews are on the scene of a haz/mat situation in plumstead township, bucks county. a call came in at 10:40 this is the air lequid facility. officials have no reports of injuries at this time. they are trying to figure out exactly what chemicals they are dealing with in the haz/mat situation, you can see some people standing outside that's because the plant has been evacuated, at this point in time no surrounding homes or other buildings have been evacuated, only the plant here on the 5100 block of easton road. again, fire department crews on the scene here trying to figure out what chemicals they are dealing with, we're going to continue to monitor the situation here in bucks county. we'll bring you the latest

"action news" reporter katherine scott has the details. >> reporter: the nursery school will be closed after a child was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. an e-mail did go out to parents, but some parents learned about it today. some parents and children arrived at the preschool in havertown and learned that the school would be closed for the rest of the week. a child who attends two days a week has been diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. >> the school is very clean, i can tell you that, they areconsn the handrails. the school is very clean.

leader was over before it started this morning. we have a live report from the missouri as the grand jury decides whether to indict a police officer in the unarmed shooting -- in the shooting death of an unarmed black teenager. we begin this half-hour with breaking news, chopper 6hd is over the felton section of philadelphia. this is third and wyoming. fire crews are pouring water on a unattached row home in feltonville. it's tobs heavy sunoco and flames. the interior is gutted, as well. we're gathering the in fact as the becomes available. firefighters on the roof of the home, they are working to pour water and extinguish the flames at third and wyoming. we are not sure if there were any occupants in the house at the time, but, again, we're keeping an eye on the situation

something like this. investigators say kearns assaulted the woman at his car and at her home. the victim thought she had been drugged, but the district had to drop the case after the office misread lab reports. the state took over ending with the plea. >> there's no difference under a law between a no no-contest pa and guilty plea. the guilty plea i did it, the no-contest plea you got me. >> reporter: in a statement, the victim said she wants to encourage other victims to come forward, although it wasn't easy, it brought the power back to her. chad which -- chad perdelli. >> a delaware county preschool is closed for the rest of the week after a student tested positive for bacterial meningitis. the boy's brother attends the

teen. abc's karen travers joins us outside the saint louis county justice center in clayton, missouri where they are bracing for protests. >> reporter: good afternoon, sarah, the waiting game continues in saint louis, so do the demonstration. a top law enforcement official said his message is this, go about your daily routine and have confidence that the police have plans to keep the community safe. it was a normal monday morning for students heading to class in ferguson, missouri, but one nearby school district canceled classes today and tomorrow due to concerns about unrest. around the saint louis region anxious anticipation to reach a decision about charges against darren wilson in the shooting of michael brown. jurors are meeting today and an

iran it's nuke program is left frozen but in tact without any cuts sought by the united states. the university of virginia suspended all fraternities amid new allegation of sex crimes on campus. a student described being sexually assaulted by seven men. le uva president asked the police to investigate the alleged rape. meanwhile, the university board will discuss the allegations and policy and procedures concerning sex assault. a bystander allegedly crashed his suv into five cars. he crashed his suv into vehicles outside a bar. the driver tried to take off from the scene. bystanders who saw the whole thing chased down the man and detained him in a head lock until police arrived. the nobody was hurt during the incident.

71 in allentown. we set a record high for this date up there. 60s down the shore. wednesday the busiest travel day of the year, travel might be challenging this year, thanks to the coastal low coming up the coast. there's a couple of possible tracks, the first one shows the storm next to the coast, 70% chance of this, in this scenario we would get a decent amount of rain and changeover to snow later in the day and at night, sooner than that in the northern and western suburbs. second track has it off the coast and we would get hardly any precipitation out of that at all. what are we going in terms of snowfall. this is the worst case scenario assuming it's along the coast. mainly rain is the deal for dover and south and south jersey. there's a chance for one to three accumulation at night on wednesday in the i-95 corridor. i do think that temperatures are

so mild these couple of days going into this, this is mainly wet roads. if we manage to get up to the higher amount of the 3 to 6 range in the northern and western suburbs, it could be slick in spots. from allentown to the poconos, it looks good for impactful snowfall. let me show you a couple of models. european model, mostly light precipitation down in philadelphia, and heavier up north. this is much better scenario for us, only a coating to an inch in philadelphia, one to three in the northern and western suburbs and other side of the allentown, 3 to 6 in the poconos. if this were to workout, would be better for us. if there's not enough cold air in place, in time of year it's difficult to get a deep cold column in here in november that could produce that snowfall some
