19 above average. even kno now it's warm out ther. wilmington 68. allentown 66. millville 64. trenton is 66. this is 17 degrees warmer than yesterday. the philadelphia marathon was yesterday. today is warm for a marathon. lancaster 21. trenton 16. and millville 15 warmer than yesterday. satellite 6 along with action radar, showing that we have the heavy rain overnight last night. now there is another cold front. it's off to the west. that drops the temperatures back down to the 50s. it's too warm for snow. there is a system, low pressure developing across the southern plains. that gets the act together. this is a map of upper level energy. it shows the low pressure diving down texas.

around noon they have not joined forces yet. they will be joining forces as it moves farther away us from. we will not be getting the brunt of the storm. it's going to cause a lot of problems. moisture moves in. at 7:00 in the morning it's here. mainly rain that early in the day. as the low pressure moves up the eastern seaboard and strengthens by 4:00 the mixes in philadelphia. a steadier snow north and west. it's a fast-moving system. by midnight it's out of here and well in time for thanksgiving. but again it's going to cause a lot of problems with traveling. like the system we had back in november 13th what you get in snow depends on elevation. you are going to miss it. you need your umbrellas. not shovels.

hello, again. here is what is happening on "action news" tonight.a tragic fire in philadelphia. a woman is missing. dog is missing. who took abi gale. how the folks took advantage of the sun before the snow. i'll take that rick. we begin with a developing story out the feltonville section. a 4-year-old boy was killed and several other adults were injured at a fast-moving house fire. chopper 6 is along the scene of west wyoming avenue.
