"action news" reporter katherine scott is live at the cherry hill mall with more on black friday frenzy. hello, katherine. hello, matt, forget the fact it's 4:30 in the morning. shoppers are out. they're here as usual on black friday and trying to get those deals. they're having a good time while doing it. we spoke to a lot of people that described this it wonderful shopping buzz they get when they come to the mall at this time of day on black friday to get their holiday shopping underway. stores opened here at the cherry hill mall 6:00 last night. people finished turkey and grabbed wallet and headed over. a lot of people are still here. now they have shopping bags in hand. already more than ten hours

later it's still busy. shoppers are coming in waves. first wave went home and another wave comes in they're all looking for discounts. national retail federation said 1 40 million consumers are likely to shop over the holiday weekend and some we've been speaking to don't come to shop they come for the experience. to see friends. post thanksgiving tradition. we're seeing deep discounts on signs outside stores trying to lure customers in and it looks like it's working from all the shopping bags they're carrying. the mall stays open until 10:00 tonight at cherry hill mall. >> the scene much the same in delaware. concord mall, excited shoppers braved a little light snow for deals. >> i want to get a go pro. >> uh-huh. >> eye don't know if they're on sale we'll see. >> i want a lot of really good clothes. >> i'm from germany any and exchange student. it was exciting.

if you head to the mall or do anything else outside make sure you have layers open. still chilly on saturday. most of the time we'll be number 30s. late in the day hit high of 40. and then notice how when we go down overnight we don't get as cold. 27 is the morning low on saturday. but by the time we get overnight to sunday we're only going to 3. sunday afternoon yeah it will be mix of clouds with sun. we will hit more comfortable in the afternoon with high of 55. still slight chance of late night sunday shower most of you will be in bed getting ready for monday. it won't be an issue. monday, mild, 60 is the forecast high. there's another chance of a nighttime shower there. and then tuesday, behind a cold front we're back down to 45 degrees with clouds and couple sunny breaks. after that though we moderate a bit. wednesday, mostly cloudy, 54. chance of showers there. and notice how the next couple precipitation chances i mention in showers not snow. it will be mild for snow as i
