earlier this month was killed by cyanide. investigators are trying to determine if the death was a suicide or homicide or accident. the death came a week after another former medical researcher was convicted of murder in the cyanide poisoning death of his wife. >> key provisions take effect in the pennsylvania law of drug overdoses. narcan resouthverses the heroinr oxycodone. ray rice has won his appeal and the right to return to the nfl. yesterday an arbitrator threw out the indefinite suspension imposed against the former running back. the nfl said it accepts the
