continues. >> this is the fire as is ravaged four row homes and destroying two. after a homeowner slammed into his gas meter. >> we controlled the fire waiting for the gas company to come. >> it was scary. martin luis lives a few blocks from the blaze. he heard the sound of screeching tires. he ran out of the house and found his neighbor stuck in his car, the house on fire and the neighbor's wife trying to put out blaze. >> he was desperate. he was trying to do something. even his wife trying to pick up the plastic hose, the water hose to get him out. lady get out of there. it was bad. >>reporter:the gas line never blew. the firefighters say that one woman suffered smoke inhalation and taken to a local hospital. she is expected to be okay.

pennsylvania state police are looking to identify nine teenagers that created a dangerous situation on the schuylkill expressway last night. they were weaving in and out of traffic on their bicycles. they tried to escort them off of the highway. >> they got in front of his car and wean him off of the highway. they jumped on their bikes and started to ride against traffic. the trooper is not going to chase them the wrong way in a marked car. the kids could have been cited. they could have caused an accident or could have been

here is the initial batch of moisture moving through with the cold front. it pushes off to the east. the warm moisture is moving across the ohio valley. mixed precipitation moving off in southern ohio. it moves through as we get into tuesday. we are showing you for the rest of evening hours make sure we have the umbrella with you. 9:00 tonight we have the moisture in the corridor, areas to the south and east. it looks to be cloudy and dry. the exception, 7:30 in the morning, light precip for millville and westward into areas on delaware. we see a southwest to northeast direction. there is a little precipitation on the northern corridor to poconos to lancaster. lancaster is the only county under a winter weather advisory. as the moisture moves into the
