the discussion on capitol hill. there needs to be consequences even when there is not a criminal conviction. authorities in washington say that a suspect tried to rob a sporting goods store after running his car through a door. eventually tactical team went in and brought the suspect out in handcuffs. they believe that the man was going after a large gun selection that was offered in the store. the latest on the hearing for president obama's executive order protecting millions of undocumented immigrants got underway, he wants the individuals to become eligible for work permits and save them from deportation. jay johnson told the house committee that he acted within his authority.

and domestic abuse in professional sports. a philadelphia house guest accused of murdering a popular jewish canter, will be on trial. william james is held for trial in his preliminary hearing today. is he accused of killing ronald fishman at his home in mt. airy. he was staying with fishman but was recently tloep out. police say that on november 24th, this suspect approached a 57-year-old woman at the wells fargo atm, before 11:30 at night. the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded money from the woman and fled on foot. mercer county health officials are issuing a warning

for restaurant patrons, after a worker tested positive for hepatitis a. the employee apparently worked in food preparations for rose's bakery. symptoms include fever and loss of appetite and nausea and stomach pain among others, officials say that everyone should be evacuated if they haven't already. a house fire in trenton broke out shortly before 11:00 this morning, it happened on fulton street in a vacant building. no injuries were reported. new jersey is investing at least $50 million to renovate camden high school. governor chris christie

jim gardner. tuesday night and more wintry weather is moving through parts of the region, and a lucky break it was for people working inside of this new jersey flower shop when the car slammed into the building, but the big story on "action news" tonight is new and exclusive video of a hit and run accident as police try to track down the driver. police obtained the surveillance video of the accident at 59th and market. the victim is being treated for massive injuries at hup. live at the hit and run scene is david henry. have you the full story david. >> reporter: jim, we are on the corner of 59th and market. the victim was crossing 59th in that direction when the car came threeing southbound on 59th street, we have the video and
