2:00. back down to 42 degrees. we have rain ahead unfortunately heading into the weekend. i'll have details on that coming up. >> reporter: i don't have any mars bars, but i have cookies. i have an overturned tractor-trailer on the ramp from the schuylkill expressway 76 eastbound to 202 northbound trying to head toward the king of prussia mall you'll see this overturned tractor-trailer. we watched the car right there, squeeze by the accident scene. traffic is getting by on the right shoulder of this off ramp. you can see the emergency crews are out here and chopper 16 heading to the scene. if they have to block the ramp to upright the truck you can bail out after the toll plaza on north gulph road to goddard and to the northbound side of 202. the crash involving the pedestrian at third avenue and west main street has cleared.

tractor-trailer was carrying newspapers. crews are on the scene. you can see a number of police officers and fire truck, as well. this is unfolding on the ramp from the schuylkill expressway, 76 eastbound to 202 northbound. if you're coming away from the turnpike toll plaza right there and jump on the ramp and head toward the king of prussia mall you're facing restrictions this morning. we have seen traffic getting by on the shoulder of the ramp. information we see a car coming right now him they will attempted to that. the bottom line is, if they have to shut down the ramp to get the tractor-trailer out of here, i want to help you out with alternates. let's pull in the waze app and show you the alternates. coming out of the toll plaza there along the schuylkill expressway eastbound you can bear off to north gulph road jump on that and take that to goddard boulevard and run around the mall, mall boulevard to get back to 202. we'll watch that situation this

morning in king of prussia from chopper 6 and sky 6. meanwhile, we're watching a crash in lower providence close to the wells fargo bank on ridge pike. there's an construction zone on 422. this was an awful accident in the work zone. the new restrictions took effect yesterday. one lane in each direction. broken down vehicle in deptford township 42 southbound is cleared. no northbound delays just yet. >> brand new to "action news" we have surveillance video of a gunman who shot up a barber shop in berks county. indeed the video shows the gunman opening fire at the all stars barber shop in reading the day before thanksgiving, he wounded four people, one of the victims is in critical condition, police say that was the second straight day the same

the overturned truck accident on the ramp from the schuylkill expressway to the northbound lanes of 202, you see the crews on the scene you may be able to make out the truck, it's dark, the truck is on its side on the ramp. it was carrying newspapers. we've been seeing traffic squeeze by on the right-hand side of the ramp. this is heavy duty tow truck helping to assist in the uprighting of the tow -- truck. this crash in lower providence along ridge pike at park avenue dropping speeds on 422. they looks like on the weebdz from the saint -- eastbound side of the saint gabe's curve to 23. no traffic lights working on the roosevelt boulevard at welsh road no cross traffic allowed there. i-95 southbound bunched up from

past academy through cottman from the betsy ross bridge into girard. tam? >> now we're following a developing story this morning we learned that a construction worker was hit and killed on a chester county highway overnight and police identified the worker killed as 60-year-old lee boyer of liberty pennsylvania. he was setting down cones for a lane closure in an active construction zone when he was hit by a jeep. this happened on 422 near route 100 north coventry township. boyer was pro pronounced on the scene. the road was closed for five hours, but it's back open. no charges have been filed. >> emotions have been running high over a grand jury decision over a police related death. >> this of course is coming a week after a similar and controversial grand jury

protesters. philadelphia police officers stood between the protesters and those who came to the tree lighting, one man was arrested when he cross the police barricade. >> bliss have a right to protest and occasionally it conflicts with something else that's going on. our job is to allow them to protest but allow the event to takes place at the same time. >> reporter: it was estimated there were several hundred protesters at the time at city hall. one arrest was reported. when they disbanded demonstrators said they would continue their demonstrations in the coming days, john rawlins channel 6 "action news." >> overnight we learned that 15 apartments were damaged or destroyed in this wynnfield buildings fire. chopper 6 flew overhead as the flames tore through the building. the fire broke out on west montgomery avenue and raged for an hour. an "action news" viewer shot the scene in the early going. nobody was hurt and firefighters are working on determining a
