protesters the most recent at the science leadership academy. students joined a collective group of students across the city to stage a die-in for what they say is an injustice in ferguson and new york city. >> hopefully people will see this, and do the same thing, hopefully it will spread all over and we hope that more people take heed into what happened and get justice. >> think that a lot of teenagers especially are open to the idea of talking about racial issues, these are photos from this morning at the die-in, there are a lot of different races and ethnicities, they were peaceful and quick and monitored by a small concontingent of police. >> it was nice to sit with my peers knowing they care so

deeply about this. >> we have support from all different types of people and ethnic backgrounds and it means a lot. the turnout was larger than i expected. >> felt like i had to do something, be a part of the movement. we had to have a die-in our school. >> i would be remiss if i didn't point out and say that if you look at all the grand jury testimony and while these deaths were unfortunate, they were necessary. just before 1:00 this morning, an employee was standing outside of market street and he was shot in the leg and no arrests or word on a motive. in west philadelphia, one person was hurt in a house fire

early this morning, the blaze broke out at 4:00 a.m. on the unit block of south conestoga street, when crew as rived flames were shooting out of the rear of the house and firefighters got it under control in a half hour, no word on how badly the person was hurt or what sparked the blaze. >> a newcastle county man has been charged with connection with the accidental shooting of a toddler back in september. the little boy shot himself when he found a gun. 34-year-old anthony graves is charged with unlawfully permitting a minor to a firearm and endangering the welfare of a child. it happened in his home, the 2-year-old shot himself in the head, he is he expected to be discharged later this month. a substitute teacher in ocean county was arrested on

child pornography charges, in his manchester home. he was charged with one count each of possessioning and describe outing child pornography. he recently worked at manchester high school and they say he had undergone a background check and was cleared to teach. jerry sandusky talked about his two abusive fathers in winfield heights. matt sandusky details it for the philadelphia children alliance conference. matthew was abused and burned by his father and sexually abused after being adopted by jerry sandusky. he met him through the youth charity, and today matt talked about when and why the alleged abuse stopped. >> we know that pedophiles and perpetrators have multiple victims at the time of the
