"action news" wants to hear from you before, during and after the game. >> the red cross is offering temporary housing to 11 victims of a west philadelphia house fire. the "action news" cam was on the scene. a fire broke out at 10:30 at a house in the middle of the row. everybody managed to get out safely, but the house is badly damaged. there's no word on a cause. a two vehicle crash on the schuylkill expressway blocked the highway for a good part of the early morning hours. the action cam was at the scene after 1:30 a.m. a van and car ran into each other, the van slammed into the barrier, parts of the barrier splintered and pieces flew into the opposing lanes.

storm off the coast of charlie ton, south carolina the two will come together and bring us a wall of water. all this moisture coming in off the atlantic. this is a coastal storm some people call it the nor'easter pretty much the same thing we'll see the winds out of the east/northeast. of right now the latest information showing anywhere from 1 to 3 inches of rain with the 3 beinger to the shore. if -- being closer to the shore. if this model pans out, it will show the storm pulling away quickly. other models show the storm lingering through thursday. it's important how quickly it moves out and how close to the coast it comes up. in the meantime, the rest of the day is quiet, most of monday is quiet, the clouds are lowering and thickening. monday night into tuesday, here comes the rain. tuesday morning commute looks
