what 93 call the injustice of recent grand jury decisions in ferguson, missouri, and new york city. the protests started with a die-in at bryn mawr college at the intersection. the die in lasted for four and a half minutes to represent the four and a half hours that michael brown's body was left lifeless on the ground in ferguson. students then took their message on the move with a march down lancaster avenue to haverford college for a moment of silence. this demonstration will go back to bryn mawr college with a candlelight vigil there. for the first time tonight, we are hearing from the new jersey girl, the 21-year-old new jersey girl who is suing her parents to pay for her out of state college tuition. the two sides met in a camden county courtroom this afternoon where kaitlyn richie has asked a court to find her parents in contempt because they refuse to pay up. "action news" reporter wendy saltzman first broke this

story last month. she is now live in camden county where she was in the courtroom for the contentious hearing today. wendy. >> reporter: jim, it was interesting. kaitlyn richie didn't speak with either of her parents either in the courtroom today or in the hallways even though they were just an arm's length away. it's clear that this rift runs deep and it will continue as both sides have rejected a potential settlement agreement. can we get your response to this? there was no comments from kaitlyn richie outside the courtroom today. but inside the camden county hall of justice there was a battle under way over whether her parents should pay their estranged daughter's college tuition. >> it is nice to see that she's alive and doing well but it's hurtful because she won't look at us and when i got emotional in the courtroom and michael got emotional in the courtroom she doesn't have any emotion. >> reporter: we were allowed to shoot video but no audio of the proceedings. they will still be required to pay approximately $16,000 this year for college out of state at temple university.

jesus garcia is from east wellens avenue in the olney section of philadelphia and that's where "action news" reporter sarah bloomquist is now live. sarah. >> reporter: and jim, you can see over my shoulder philadelphia police are still stationed outside the row home, the one there on the end. we're told that's where 41-year-old jesus garcia lived with a 41-year-old woman we are not identifying until authorities give us the go ahead. last night she was found dead in the trunk of her own car in south jersey. garcia is now in police custody. 41-year-old jesus garcia is locked up in burlington county, new jersey, tonight charged with the concealment of human remains. the remains are those of a 41-year-old woman found dead in the trunk of her own car in the parking lot of this quality inn hotel on route 38 in maple shade last night. police went to the hotel looking for the missing philadelphia woman. they located her vehicle using its on star tracking system, then discovered the body and

found garcia at the hotel where they knocked on doors looking for information. >> well, they came to my door like a little bit before 2 o'clock in the morning banging on my door and asking me where i was at and did i see anything during the day. >> reporter: the investigation took police back to this row home. sources say the couple shared in the 100 block of east wellens avenue in olney. >> i saw her occasionally like, you know, going to the store and then going back home. >> reporter: a source says neighbors told police they heard a loud fight inside the row home friday night into saturday. the woman's family reported her missing yesterday. neighbors were shocked she was found dead and garcia is considered a person of interest in her demise. >> crazy. i don't get in business. see my granddaughter here every day. >> that's ridiculous. i walk by. he don't say nothing. he's just like clinging.

district and the bucks county d.a. are investigating a message posted on facebook by a guidance counselor at cb west. a message concerning her reaction to the die-in protests yesterday outside the linc after the eagles game. live at central bucks west high school tonight "action news" reporter walter perez. walter, what are the details here? >> reporter: well, jim, the person who wrote the post was not pulling any punches expressing the desire to shoot the protesters gathered outside the linc yesterday. now, a guidance counselor has been suspended and the d.a.'s office is looking into the post. under the account of mary kate blank ken burg a guidance counselor the post reads if my child cannot get to the eagles game due to protesters, i will personally shoot every one of them. you've been warned idiots. we spoke with central bucks parents most of whom say this is certainly not something

sea isle city and the boardwalk in atlantic city currently 38 degrees. satellite 6 along with action radar showing this storm system is really just in an infant stages. it's beginning to get its act together offer the coast of the carolinas. some of that moisture is starting to evolve and this will really deepen or intensify tomorrow and this is going to bring us a lot of moisture, mainly in the form of rain. future tracker showing around 1 o'clock the moisture generally south of philadelphia as we head to the wee hours in the morning you'll notice some of that blue, some of the far north and western suburbs will see icing at the onset. then it changes to rain, heavy rain right in time for the morning commute at 7:30 and then we're looking at periods of heavy rain right through the afternoon by about 3 o'clock the heaviest will be north of our viewing area. we're looking at the potential for one to 3-inches of rain through tuesday night. so, this will cause the possibility of some localized flooding, some stream flooding and that's really just one aspect of this symptom.

there's also enough cold air at the on said that the far north and west suburbs, a winter weather advisory is posted right now. there will be some icing overnight tonight before that changeover to rain early tomorrow morning and the poconos, the poconos will get the wintry precipitation. we're looking at 3 to 6 inches of snow combining with ice tomorrow. tomorrow you definitely don't want to be driving in the poconos. winds another as specter of this storm. the coast will really be taking a beating with wind gusts 40 to 50 miles per hour. inlands we're looking at 30 to 40 miles per hour so when you get all that wind pushing the water inlands, that causes the coastal flooding. already some coastal flooding today. a coastal flood warning is posted for tomorrow, really the key time high tide between 9 o'clock in the morning and 11 o'clock in the morning we're looking at widespread coastal flooding, also flooding along the bay. so, the exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast, tomorrow just a nasty day. high winds, heavy rain, the high 41 degrees. but again, this storm system

mainly a rain event at its onset. things get more interesting on wednesday as that storm pulling away from it. we get winds shifting out of the northwest. it will be windy with snow showers and i wouldn't be surprised if some of the northwest suburbs wednesday morning will be dealing with accumulating snow. the high 39 degrees. on thursday, mainly dry but it's cloudy. it's chilly with a few flurries. 39 degrees. the good news is we get this whole mess out of here in time for the weekend. friday's looking decent, some breaks of sunshine, 44 degrees on saturday partly sunny skies. it will be a dry day, 47 degrees. we bump it up to 48 degrees on sunday with lots of sunshine. decent weather for the eagles game on sunday night and monday it will be brisk with some sunshine with a high of 46 degrees. for the next 48 hours it is definitely going to be a bit of a challenge. i'll have an update on "action news" at 11:00 and i'll also be tweeting about the storm as
