three months working on the street. >> all the cars are just covered in dirt, kifrt consistently for the past three months. >> a character worked in august and september to replace smaller mains on the street that feeds into the bigger main that broke. in recent weeks street repair had begun, they don't think that was the reason it broke, it was cold and the main dates back to 1893. >> age may have play aid factor, or the cold, but we can't determine that, but it was not the worker. >> as we look back live the water department crews. just beginning the workout here, the german town should stay shut down for several days, given all the water out on the street it's amazing that one property got water in the basement.

city hall to protest the decision reached by the grand jury in both decisions. they both died at the hands of police officers, neither officer was indicted. they also want a mural depicting brown's face. and they held a demonstration in conjunction with medical students across the country. they want to bring attention, they also participated in the nationwide protest and they held a die-in for 4.5 minutes marking each hour that brown was in the streets after being killed. the remnants of the nor'easter are still over our area tonight. you may have seen snow flurries right here. meteorologist, cecily tynan may have been outside of her studios

with the latest from accuweather. it's beginning to look a lot like winter. >> we have windy, cold conditions, we have snow showers mainly to the northern and west of philadelphia, zooming in, you can see the snowflakes are flying in coatesville and lebanon and reading and pottstown and allentown moving down from the north and west, this is all wrap around moisture from the same system that brought us the soaking rain, this has stalled off the coast of nantucket. the heavy precipitation up near upstate new york, that low pressure will not be staying there one more day and that means we are stuck in the weather pattern, peak wind gusts in philadelphia, windier than yesterday, 33 miles per hour winds and allentown reporting a wind gust of 83 miles per hour,

president obama pledged $1 billion on spending programs

that support early childhood education, a young student helped to introduce the president and that 18 states would give grants that totalled $80 million then would be used for early education programs, knowledge gets $18 million and 500 million goes to another 40 states to help them expand programs for children under the age of 4. and the department of health and human services will be re-evaluated. they are looking into the policy and procedures of dhs, they are to strengthen families and communes for children at risk of neglect, abuse and delinquency. the council talked about the importance of dhs saying that the children touch every aspect of city life. and now drivers will be able to carry their driver's licenses

on their cell phone. drivers will be able to download an app first to hold their license and provide push notifications if their license was about to expire. snool. the photo and video sharing app is now bigger than twitter. the company's ceo says that the platform has 300 million users more than twitters 234 million. they are both way behind facebook's 240 billion users. happy young faces were spotted in camden at a special holiday party, they are from wiggins elementary school in camden and because of their excellent grades and atennance, they were invited to celebrate here at cooper university medical center. one of highlights of party was learning about this classic

widening out, the low pressure is near nantucket and going nowhere fast. it's pulling in moisture from the atlantic pulling away from upstate new york, and that is making that low pressure not moving tonight or tomorrow. in a will bring more snow showers. and the winter weather advisory will be posted in the poconos, and this is where the wet snow could accumulate an additional 1 to 3 inches in the overnight hours. we are not looking at anything of that, below freezing and snow showers. we could end up with a coating in the northwest suburbs, at 3:00 in the morning we city snow showers developing in the northwest suburbs, they continue on and off through the day tomorrow. 8:00 a few more and plenty of clouds and more substantial as we head into the afternoon hours. some rain and snow showers, very
