after being hit by this car in wincoat. officers were called to overpass for an accident, the roads were icy and one officer started to put out road flares to slow up other drivers, he realized people were going too fast and went to put out flares and a car traveling fast couldn't stop and hit the officer. >> he had a flare in his hands, the good part was the flare did not fly away but fell on his cars. the officer was rushed to abington hospital with internal injuries, accident investigators gathered evidence at the scene before the car was towed for evidence. we saw a penndot truck towed for

salting. and it's too early to know if any charges will be filed. the head of the cia finally responded today to the senate's report on the torture of detainees in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. john brennan stopped short of calling the interrogation tactics torture and it's impossible to know if those tactics obtained crucial information that could not be obtained any other way. brennan called the cia interrogators patriots and thanked them for their service to the country. a new poll says that the governor in new jersey will not make a good present. a quinnipiac poll says that he will not do a good job in the white house. 50% of voters say christie

there is a new report out today about sexual assaults on college campuses in america, and it shows some troubling trends, the study from the justice department shows that 20% of college sex assault victim goes to police, the report shows one in ten victims say they don't think what happened to them was important enough to bring to the attention of police season 40% say they are afraid of reprizeal if they report the assault. but both groups had one number in common, about 80% of victims knew their attacker. >> congress has passed a new

town business on sunday. it shows a man forcing the security gate open outside of the deli and grocery store. once inside the alleged thief stole a handgun and $21,000 in cash. an alleged package thief, is facing charges in berks county today thanks to a clever homeowner, and her neighbor's recently, so the sinking springs woman decided to take matters into her own hands, dime set up a surveillance camera and filled several packages with cash and the thief took the bait, that is lewis gonzales walking on to dime's porch and looking around and snatching the fake deliveries, he was arrested the same day. though believe gonzalez may be responsible for similar thefts, is he expected to face additional charges soon.

westbound lanes from there approaching the vine, once you hop on the vine street expressway, because at broad street there is a broken down vehicle taking out the left lane that, is spilling back to 76 eastbound, a parking lot past bell monto downtown. still the crash in haddon heights along the white horse pike at station avenue and still investigating the accident that injured the police officer in cheltenham township. stick with 111 around washington lane. a break in falls township, they reopened tieburn road and the westbound lanes remain blocked in the spring and still the crash blocking the southbound side at 301, at levels road. keep thinking about the beard
