totally abuse and terrorize a woman walking towards center city. this is roberto suarez now age 37, he is in a philadelphia jail after four years on the run, he was brought back to philadelphia last night from mexico city. police say this is suarez fleeing the scene of an august 2 rape. >> she was approached from behind and dragged and raped at the broad street ridge spur line across the street, at which time she was physically and sexually assaulted. >> armed with dna and other evidence at the scene, police tailed suarez across pennsylvania to pittsburgh, and down to texas where he also have family and then to mexico city where he was arrested there in

there was a moment of silence in new york city today for the two murdered police officers.n new york city today mayor bill deblasio and his wife bowed their heads at city hall. the mayor spoke today about the officers. >> they gave their lives for the belief that we could do better that we could come together, that we could keep people safe. >> flowers and candles and wreaths continue to be placed at

the scene. and police are investigating the sudden death of a teenager on friday. ali gorman is at the "action news" big board with more. >> we are awaiting the confirmation but it's believed to be the flu. this year is expected to be a bad season and grief counselors are at the high school. a message from the superintendant, of downingtown schools, thoughts and prayers are with daniel and his family at this most difficult time. andrew speck was a senior at downingtown west high school. he collapsed while working at his part-time job on friday. according to his obituary, he passed away from complications from the flu. they say that he tested positive

from atlanta to new york. they say they smuggled 129 handguns and assault riffs from may until december, the most recent was 13 days ago according to the fbi, 18 guns were snuck past security in atlantic and then handed to another man and slipped into a carry-on bag heading for jfk. >> it makes you wonder how safe it is to travel especially this time of year when there are so many people traveling. authorities say that the man accused of carrying the guns used his security clearance to han off the weapons. world news tonight with david muir will have much more on the delta airlines gun smuggling charges and what it means for future screenings as well as the sony hacking

scandal. you can watch it at 6:30, an egg harbor neurologist is back at -- after accusations from three different patients. he is accused of having sexual contact at his office. he was taken into custody earlier today and is held on $25,000 bail. authorities in south jersey are trying to figure out how a bullet ended up outside of a gloucester county high school today prompting a lock down, it happened at fairview regional high this morning. a maintenance worker found one bullet and it was unclear how long it had been there, but they didn't take chances, they locked down the campus and searched. >> it was one singular .22

well. stormtracker 6 live double scan radar showing you it's dry right now and mist and drizzle ahead and lots of clouds around and visibility is a concern as well. we are tracking the moisture coming up from the south working its way northward, it's lurking and knocking on the doorsteps early this morning. they are mild for late december, 49 in philadelphia, 47 in reading and 50 in wilmington and dover, and lower 50s in millville. the visibility is up to 7 miles in philadelphia, keep in mind if you are traveling by air, philadelphia is reporting 110 minute delays due to the weather. it's mild in the poconos and same thing in dover, down to a mile in wilmington. give yourself extra time on the roads as well. there is round one that moved through last night and early this morning. we are in a bit of a holding pattern, a lull, you widen out the picture and we are tracking
