at all of this, accuweather says expect nice day, it stays mild high of 55 degrees, normally we should be around 42. 47 degrees around 10:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., 53. proabl around 3:00. that's when we reach 55 degrees, we're back down to 54. it's a beautiful start to the weekend, unseasonable mild, things change as we head into sunday, i'll have the details when i come back in ten minutes. happening today, the nypd will lay to rest, rafael ramos. last night hundreds of police officers filed into the christ tabernacle church in queens for a wake. rafael ramos was a committed member of that church studying to be a pastor.

he said the circumstances proved to be too much. >> mr. russo told me that one of the family members of the driver responded to their home with an apology and they were very gracious to him in accepting. authorities are awaiting toxicology reports before they determine what charges will be filed. families and friends gathered to remember the lives of the two employees of the store who were murdered on the job a decade ago. they were shot execution style in the basement of the store during a robbery attempt in 2004. there have been no arrests in their murders. the victim's families released balloons in honor of the victims. they come wack every year praying for an arrest. hammonton, -- hammonton police identified the woman killed while leaving paint

"action news." >> the flip side of the coin to online sales are the returns on unwanted merchandise sent back through the system. ups is expecting a record number of return packages, 4 million. it expects january 6th to be the busiest day. on live retailer say online shopping is increasingly important to consumers. a person who helped deliver a baby on the market frankford el went to visit the new mom. shortly after 6:00 p.m. on christmas, they coached the mother through delivery. yesterday, they got a welcomed surprise. >> i heard the baby's name. she said, chris. christmas. >> oh, my god, my partner

walked out, he got emotional. it was a blessing. >> the officers say it was part of the their job to help. well, residents in one marlton, new jersey neighborhood are looking for a christmas grinch. the vandal stole holiday lawn decorations and broke others. a light up reign deer was -- reindeer was a broken at the head and there were other reports of christmas crimes in the area. philadelphia police are searching for two men who robbed a little caesar in north philadelphia and beat two employees to get the money. surveillance cameras captured the crime that happened monday night at the store on west girard avenue. the men burst into the store and demanded money from the clerks. they handed them over, but the robbers wanted more, the thieves tried to get the keys to the safe, when the employees said he

didn't have the code, one of the suspects kicked and hit the employee. the murmings -- mummers will drop off green ribbons to the gesture clubs it's the help find shane effort. a 65,000 reward is being offered for anyone who help find shane montgomery. cost ss for the parade under those costumes there are mummers tattoos that are dedicated to their club. it shows commitment and dedication. >> it's part of my heritage and my life and community, so what else should i put on myself
