down delsey drive. they were about to cross when a police cruiser came down delsey and hit and killed the 10-year-old while in middle of the road. the father of two young boys and girlfriend aend infant wherein a truck trailing behind the boys. police kept her at bay when she arrived after receiving callal work. interviews are underway and gloucester county prosecutor office chief detectives says the officer was transported to the hospital. >> the matter is currently under investigation. we'll release more details as we receive them and would like to offer our deepest con dole epss to the family of that child. >> this remains an active scream and it's still shut down. we don't know the condition of the officer. we were told by prosecutor's office they brought down several witnesses to the police station for those interviews. for now reporting live in

shooting involving an alleged intruder. officers say the suspect broke into a woman's apartment 1,000 block of boblik drive and then started to tough him saevrl inappropriately before stealing her dog and jumping out of the window. police say he was shot twice when he broke into another apartment he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. >> police in toms river new jersey say they arrested a man accused of running over his girlfriend. detectives were called out to the hess gas station route 37 east this morning. he threw the victim to the ground and choked her before getting into his suv and backing over her three times. they caught one him tonight. he faces several charges including attempted murder. bail is set at half a million dollars. the victim was type jersey shore university medical septemberer and is expected to survive.

>> it was a night of tiers and hugs in bucks county and hundreds gathered to remember a baby who inspired so many hannah rose passed away today shy of second birthday. the little girl nicknamed hannah bear became symbol for fight against rare inherited condition called karma disease it slowly blocks messages between brain and body. even though born healthy. hannah soon went mind and needed feeding tube and he eventually lost mobilityty. within hours of learning of her death many that supported fundraiseers for rear treatment organized a vigil. >> it's something you cannot go through alone. you need all the support you can get. >> we would not have gotten through this if it was not for everybody, all these people. they all played their own little parts in every step of the way whether it was a shoulder to cry on, or someone just to hang out with.
