fierce winds are being blamed for a deadly boat pileup in catalina california, boats caused it to break lose and pile up on shore. an officer was killed after being pinned between one of those boats and rock. a second person was also killed and the circumstances surrounding their deaths were not revealed but it was weather related. meanwhile a bone chilling storm hit southern california, leaving thousands without power and hundreds of vehicles were trapped by snow on icy roads east of los angeles, incredible. first responders worked fast to get people out of the freezing temperatures quickly. problems persist right now and
