marathon bombing suspect dzhokhar tsarnaev and yesterday a federal appeals court judge denied defense request to move the trial to another location. tsarnaev pled guilty to 30 charges connected to the bombing in april of 013. three people were killed and 260 wounded and tsarnaev could face the death penalty if convictd police in bethlehem investigating a homicide a person was found dead inside a home on the 400 block of fillmore street. no further details released yet including victim's gender but we're told a suspect suspect is in custody. >> pgw crews spent the better part of those in west oak linda for a potential gas leak. just about 1 p.m. by neighbors reporting a strong gas odor. officials evacuated 11 people from four homes as precaution. no injuries reported and no word tonight if they determined the source of owe identify odor.

i'm karen rogers. and i'm alicia vitarelli. tonight on fyi philly it's a new year and a celebration of all things new! new restaurants and breakfast spots a retail revival with lots of new shops a new pantone color of the year. and a thirst quenching new feature at this year's home show hi everybody and happy new year we are at lo spiedo, marc vetri's newest restaurant at the philadelphia navy yard. all fall, while fyi was on hiatus for football, we've been doing our research traveling around checking out all of the new eateries and lo spiedo is just one of them lo spiedo is italian for 'the spit'. we have an eight foot, seven foot long uh wood grill and on it it has two it has two sections with uh 4 rotisseries on each side and manning those rotisseries is not for the faint of heart. i feel like i'm under the sun here whooo.
