dominique fallins, he is wanted for driving over a philadelphia police officer and dragging him a half block. this is the man that drove down the police officer at 32nd and susquehanna. they pulled over the suspect in this chevy impala for a traffic violation. >> the male was the only person inside and was invasive with his answers they ran the tag and it went back to another vehicle. >> the officer ordered him out of the car and he gunned it and the wheels spun out on ice and the officer pulled his weapon and the suspect tried to grab the gun and pull him into the vehicle. he went westbound on susquehanna dragging the officer for a good ways. the officer got off a shot and shattered the driver's side
