satellite and radar shows cloud cover to the north clear skies lots of sunshine to the south. in time everybody will see the clouds increase. forecast for the remainder of the afternoon. partly sunny not as cold. 38 degrees is the forecasted high. we'll go up 5 or 6 degrees without the wind it will feel better out there. as we get into monday morning this is the system we're watching. you see the rain spreading through tennessee and northern portions of mississippi and alabama. snow sleet and freezing rain on the northern side of this. this moisture is pushing toward the northeast quickly it will get in here in time for the morning commute. some will start out with snow, others sleet others freezing rain, could be a mess around here tomorrow morning. i'll talk about that in the seven when i come back in a bit. >> three people are shot and killed execution style in the mayfair section of the city. nora muchanic joins us live from

the scene with the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: eva, detectives are working the neighborhood, going door to door asking people if they saw or heard anything that could be related to the triple murder. police were called to the house late last night when the girlfriend of one of the victims called screaming after discovering the three bodies inside. >> it's scary very scary. very very scare j. >> reporter: neighbors on vista street mayfair have been unnerved by the triple homicide where three men were shot execution style on the first floor of the row home. the discovery was made by the girlfriend of one of the victims who entered through the back door of the house. >> she had to turn the knob, she walked in and found the one male victim on the kitchen floor and walked into the living room area next to the kitchen and see her boyfriend on the couch and

another unknown male. >> reporter: medics were called to the scene a hispanic male one in his 30s and one in his 40s and an asiaian male in his teens. >> i live here i never heard anything. >> that corner house was involved with drugs and everything else. >> a lot of friends and family are saying get out of here. i get butterflies in the stomach whenever i hear about this, we were at bingo when all this went down. we come back and see 8 squad cars out. authorities say they did not find drugs inside the home. >> i just think it's getting bad around here, i've been around here five years i live on lawrence street. it gets worse and worse by the day. >> reporter: the landlord said it's a bloodiy scene inside the row home. he is trying to figure out how to get it cleaned up. the police have not identified

sea. the slow-moving search has been hampered by rain and choppy seas and silt run off. the father of two children taken from delaware has been charged. authorities canceled the amber alert for the children after indiana police found the two near jasper. the children were safe, but the mother is still missing. she was not in the vehicle. police questioned hamilton senior overnight and they have now charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and charged him with assault. he has not however been charged at this time in connection with the missing mother. >> another vigil a planned for an award winning teacher that's been missing since tuesday. christopher tully was driving his parents car where city

a license. the damage will cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix for the entirely volunteer fire company that relies heavily on donations. nearby local firehouses are covering emergencies in the township until they are back up and running. a fire ripped through a strip mall destroying a restaurant on the 2700 block of capitol trail in newark. nobody was hurt, the fire marshal said it started when a faulty kerosene heater burst into flames as it was taken outside. a child was seriously hurt after falling off a ski lift in montgomery county. it happened at spring mountain adventures last night. the five-year-old boy fell 30 feet. he was flown to children's hospital philadelphia. the owner of the ski resort said the accidents happened on a beginners chairlift and the boy

was alone in the seat. there's no word on his condition. four children were removed from a northeast philadelphia home after police found them living in what they called dlorrable conditions. the -- owe deplorable conditions. police received a complaint about noise when they went into the home they found the children locked in a bedroom. they are being checked out at saint christopher's hospital. neighbors say they never saw anything out of the ordinary. >> i support the family, i see a good, you know, human very nice, i did not see nothing. >> the special victims unit and department of human services are investigating. nobody has been hard and no charges have been filed. a pregnant woman on her way to her baby shower was killed in a horrific crash. the family from virginia was

heading to baltimore when their car collided with a tractor-trailer. the force of that collision caused the truck to roll over and lands on top of that car. three adults, two children, ages 2 months and 7 years old were killed. the driver of the truck who is from wilmington, delaware, suffered minor injuries, the cause of the crash is under investigation. a group of 4th grairldz in new york are -- graders in new york are accused of plotting to hurt their teacher. they were angry at a teacher who yelled at them. they knew the teacher was highly allergic to hand sanitizer. one of the girl's mother contacted the school after learning about the plot. another set of parents knew about it, but didn't tell anyone. the girls wouldn't be facing criminal charges because they didn't go through it. a lawyer for kathleen kane said she is being railroaded by

that's why we're so much milder down hear. yesterday was bone-chilling cold with highs in the teens and 20s. we have a chill in the air. wilmington feels like 26. even though you're closing in on 40. trenton, 25. here's the satellite and radar you can see the cloud line that's running parallel to the turnpike this afternoon. everybody north of that cloudy, everybody south of that we're seeing sunshine here. that's why i'm picking up the warmer temperatures, starting to see the mixed precip out there across the ohio that's the beginning of the leading edges of our next weather maker that gets in here monday morning. the wired view shows a close up of it. all that moisture racing off to the northeast. we're picking up wintery precipitation down into little rock arkansas. northern arkansas, southern portions of missouri, sleet and freezing rain, light snow in northern kentucky and southern portions of indiana.

police are looking for the a suspect. taking a final check of weather with meteorologist chris sowers. >> reporter: quiet today, a little messy tomorrow morning. here's the forecast for this afternoon, partly sunny high of 38 degrees tomorrow we start out with sleet and rain that will go over to rain that will come later in the day. we'll start at the bottom. south jersey and delaware this is a non-event just rain. in the city, minor ice accumulations there. in the lehigh valley and the poconos you could be dealing with a moderate accumulation of ice by midday tomorrow. keep this in the back of your mind as you go about making your plans. there will be slick spots on roads that are untreated sidewalks parking lots and things like that. 38 degrees, 39 tomorrow, 33 tuesday, most of the seven day is quiet once we get from tuesday on. >> chriss, -- chris thank you
