and isis could strike now. a command bulletin says muslims are being asked to rise up and kill intelligence officers. police officers. soldiers and civilians. officials say they're pointing to this video posted over the weekend. essentially a remix of an isis threat issued last september. but still of concern across the country -- >> the target is to just go out and kill law enforcement and other officials. >> the concern is heightened by new evidence of the role of al qaeda and isis in the deadly attacks in paris last week. including this so-called video hosted online from the gunman who killed five people at the supermarket. with a black jihadist flag swearing allegiance to isis and saying the attacks were syncized and offers thanks in order to

terrorism. the officials are telling me is if the president had gone to the march it would have required security that would have distracted from the march and interfered with the march and would not have been productive. worth noting you had more than 40 foreign leaders there and a lot of security. each one of those foreign leaders requires security. there was a companion march just a few blocks from the white house. no senior officials took part either. the white house is pointing out those, george that the president did go on thursday to the french embassy and expressed solidarity with the french in help and getting to the bottom of this. >> in paris yesterday. when i spoke to him yesterday he left the door open for retaliation so they can pin down who is responsible for this. >> he was over there working with john kerry, the secretary of state will be in paris working with the french on that. >> john thanks very much. and we turn to the golden

acceptance speech. now that dangerous morning commute. ice and sleet making roads slippery. linzie janis in the middle of it in baltimore. >> reporter: i-95 right behind me stretching from dc to boston is shaping up to be a treacherous commute. the d.c. and baltimore areas under freezing rain advisories until later on this morning. the rain hits the frozen ground and could form an icey glaze. the kind of severe weather already been reeking havoc in the midwest. this morning icy roads for the commute expected across the country from arkansas to massachusetts. overnight an ice storm warning in indianapolis hitting the city with freezing rain and sleet. vehicles sliding off the streets one after another. the east coast i-95 corridor preparing for dangerous travel. >> ice is more treacherous.

the semifinals were thrilling and tonight in arlington, texas, oregon and ohio state go ahead to head to become the first ever college football playoff champion. how do these two teams match up? well the tale of the tape. oregon has a 13-1 overall record this season. so does ohio state. head to head the two teams first met in the 1958 rose bowl. ohio state is 8-0 all time against oregon. and the buckeyes have won seven national championships and oregon ducks are looking for their very first. >> to be the first team to win it from oregon will be incredible. >> one story line to watch tonight, ohio state coach is no stranger to the big stage. >> you step in a prize fight, you get one swing and the great champions don't miss. >> this year he comes in with his third string quarterback. oregon yep they have got the newly heisman trophy winner
