to parents in tennessee are filing suit now against the police and school district because of the extreme way their son was punished. this is 8-year-old colton he has severe and emotional challenges last february the boy grew angry because the teacher would not let him have a book and he admits he hit the teacher in the face, moments later colton was put in a straight jacket and put in a juvenile jail, and put behind bars. this is video of him thrashing in the jail. >> i'm just as angry now as i
