runs up the eastern seaboard. today it's going to be cold, but bright and sunny. 8:00 a.m., 23, lunchtime 24. lunchtime, 28 degrees. we'll talk about the rain when i come back. >> police in burlington county discovered a horrifying discovery, a newborn was found in the middle of a road on fire in burlington county, about 11:30. when officer arrived they doused the flames. the newborn was burned over most of its body. the woman was taken to deborah hospital in browns mill in stable condition. police have not said finishes the baby's mother, officers are trying to piece together what happened. new surveillance video shows the moments before and after the murder of a north philadelphia social workers tuesday morning.

police say the gunman waited outside 56-year-old kim jones home for an hour. he followed jones to the bus stop at 12th and jefferson where he shot her execution style. the killer walked away and boarded the subway at broad and cecille b. more. the son pleaded for witnesses to come forward. >> my mother was a great person and very selfless. she diserveld a lot better than this. >> there is a 20,000-dollar reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. monday marks the one year anniversary of the murder of amber long shot to death during a holdup in northern liberties her killer is still on the loose. dann cuellar talked to long's mother. >> she was an old soul. she was a very, very wise person for her age.

>> reporter: amber long traveled to italy to study architecture an accomplished arrestist and as a senior in high school she wrote a touching letter to her mom, thanking her. >> thanks for giving me life, mom, that love will stay with me as long as i live. one day i'll have a child of my own and pass that love on, happy mother's day. i hope this letter means as much to you as it does to me. >> reporter: amber long and her mother were walking awrong front street in northern liberties two robbers came up and snatched per purse and shot her. surveillance video shows them getting into a late chevy impala where another person was waiting.
