it happened on pemberton burlington county. when officers arrived they doused flames, the newborn was burned over most of the its body it was flown to temple university hospital in critical condition. the woman was taken to deborah hospital in stable condition. police have not said finishes the baby's mother. officers are trying to piece together what happened. a woman was burned after an apartment building caught fire in philadelphia's rawnhurst section on loreto avenue after 5:00 a.m. when firefighters arrived flames were shooting from a second floor unit. it took 20 minutes to bring the fire under control. a woman in her 20 was rushed to hospital with burns in critical condition. newly released surveillance video shows the moments before and after the murder of a social worker tuesday morning. police say the gunman with a
