police opened fire an a suspect who tried to run him down with his car. the shooting happened during an undercover drug deal at 69th and walnut street. he is in custody, they found semi automatic handgun and crack cocaine and large amount of cash in the suspect's vehicle. a 3-year-old boy is dead after a train collided with a car in delran yesterday afternoon. it happened on the new jersey transit river line at chester avenue. two other people in the vehicle were taken to cooper university hospital for treatment. five people on the train suffered non-life threatening injuries. river line light rail service is suls suspended -- suspended between cinnaminson and riverside. lehigh county coroner said 64-year-old woman got disoriented in the area and made

all that moisture moves in. some of the rain is heavy at times. it's a miserable finish to the weekend. i'll talk about that when i step back inside with the full accuweather forecast. >> thanks chris. authorities in burlington county investigating a tragedy involving a newborn the baby was found on fire lying on the street. the baby has died. the woman was near the baby in pemberton township. police officers spodged to the 9 is -- responding to the 911 call put out the fire. the baby was rushed to the hospital investigators have said it died. police have not said if the woman set the baby on fire, she was very upset at the scene. police are investigating the cause of a fire on loreto avenue. a woman was burned and taken to

the hospital in critical condition. investigators are working to pinpoints what parked the blaze. newly released surveillance video shows the moments before and after the murder of a social worker tuesday morning. the gunman waited outside of kim jones home for an hour, he followed her to the bus stop at 12th and jefferson where he shot her execution style. last night family and friends held a vigil for jones. her son pleaded for witnesses to come forward. >> my mother was a great person and selfless, she deserved better than this. >> there is a 20,000-dollar we ward leading to an arrest an conviction. monday marks the one year anniversary of the murder of amber long shot to death during the holdup in northern liberties.

neshaminy bucks county are in trouble with the law for sharing explicit photos with other teens. what happens in in a -- in in a neshaminy puts the kids under the jurisdiction of state law. >> it could range from probation to placement outside the home. >> reporter: in the neshaminy case other students saw the images and reported them. the 8 students charged will enter diversion programs for non-violent offenders. an upper darby mother accused of locking her disabled son out of her home has turned herself in. police arrived and found the 18-year-old son banging on the door.

quakertown. 18 in warrington. 9 in tanersville. chester 22. in south jersey, 22 is the number for buena and gandys beach, glassboro, 23 and woodbine 24. as you look at satellite and radar, it's hard to imagine there's a big rainstorm heading this way. the only player out there right now is this. area of low pressure it's a trailing cold front cutting across the high plains. that will hit the eastern seaboard. this guys right here will come up the two will converge on the area you'll get a coastal storm that will bring all this moisture into the region tomorrow. today is nice, sunshine expected from start to finish. tomorrow is the complete opposite. cloud cover from start to finish. periods of rain, some of it will be heavy at times. later in the afternoon we'll get into 5 6:00, 7:00. the patriots take on the colts in fox borough look at the heavy rain pushing into that

part of the county. in our neck of the woods we'll have light rain overspreading the area, it will start at # or 8:00 a.m. it could start as freezing rain or sleet. you can see how heavy this will be the yellows and oranges all morning long into the first part of the afternoon. by 3:00 p.m. that's when the tail end swings through and pushes out of here. rainfall totals this will depend on the exact track of this system. the far western suburbs you don't see much of anything at all. according to the model .18 in allentown, .2 in reading. i-95 points south and -- i-95 corridor, points south and east, it will be heavier. we'll have to see how it develops over the next 12 hours or so. one thing is for certain it will be in the form of rain as temperatures start to moderate.

maybe icing in the beginning and then we go over to the heavy rain. there could be poor drainage flooding that develops because the ground is frozen. maybe the top layer is thawed, you get deeper than that, 4 5 inches it's all frozen. no coastal flooding the expected with the storm. it's not a big wind maker it's just a heavy rain event. temperatures by 10:00 a.m., sunday morning we're in the 40s and 50s in parts of south jersey that's why it's going to be rain and not snow. we have the polar bear plunge taking place down the jersey shore today. this is in wildwood at the convention center. him it will be cold for this one, ocean temperature 38 degrees air temperature by the time they jump in 32 it will feel like 27 degrees with the winds. that's a true polar plunge, 34 for philadelphia today mostly sunny and cold, overnight tonight, clouding up, 22 degrees out lying suburbs, 28 for center city. it's dry it's tomorrow morning
