quakertown. 18 in warrington. 9 in tanersville. chester 22. in south jersey, 22 is the number for buena and gandys beach, glassboro, 23 and woodbine 24. as you look at satellite and radar, it's hard to imagine there's a big rainstorm heading this way. the only player out there right now is this. area of low pressure it's a trailing cold front cutting across the high plains. that will hit the eastern seaboard. this guys right here will come up the two will converge on the area you'll get a coastal storm that will bring all this moisture into the region tomorrow. today is nice, sunshine expected from start to finish. tomorrow is the complete opposite. cloud cover from start to finish. periods of rain, some of it will be heavy at times. later in the afternoon we'll get into 5 6:00, 7:00. the patriots take on the colts in fox borough look at the heavy rain pushing into that

part of the county. in our neck of the woods we'll have light rain overspreading the area, it will start at # or 8:00 a.m. it could start as freezing rain or sleet. you can see how heavy this will be the yellows and oranges all morning long into the first part of the afternoon. by 3:00 p.m. that's when the tail end swings through and pushes out of here. rainfall totals this will depend on the exact track of this system. the far western suburbs you don't see much of anything at all. according to the model .18 in allentown, .2 in reading. i-95 points south and -- i-95 corridor, points south and east, it will be heavier. we'll have to see how it develops over the next 12 hours or so. one thing is for certain it will be in the form of rain as temperatures start to moderate.

maybe icing in the beginning and then we go over to the heavy rain. there could be poor drainage flooding that develops because the ground is frozen. maybe the top layer is thawed, you get deeper than that, 4 5 inches it's all frozen. no coastal flooding the expected with the storm. it's not a big wind maker it's just a heavy rain event. temperatures by 10:00 a.m., sunday morning we're in the 40s and 50s in parts of south jersey that's why it's going to be rain and not snow. we have the polar bear plunge taking place down the jersey shore today. this is in wildwood at the convention center. him it will be cold for this one, ocean temperature 38 degrees air temperature by the time they jump in 32 it will feel like 27 degrees with the winds. that's a true polar plunge, 34 for philadelphia today mostly sunny and cold, overnight tonight, clouding up, 22 degrees out lying suburbs, 28 for center city. it's dry it's tomorrow morning
