good afternoon sara is off and in the news philadelphia police look for a suspect after a young girl says that someone tried to nab her off the street just a block from the school. the search is on for suspects in a brazen robbery at the willow grove mall. but the big story this afternoon at noon is the pomp and circumstance as the inauguration as tom wolf as pennsylvania's next governor. we have a live shot from harrisburg will he will be sworn in. wolf was the only democrat nationally to unseat a republican governor soundly beating tom corbett in the election if you remember. the pomp and circumstance is underway for the ceremony today. walter perez joins us live with

a preview. >> reporter: rick, as you mentioned the inaugural ceremony got underway a while ago, a pretty setting behind the capital building in harrisburg, cloudy conditions but not very cold at all for a winter day in central pennsylvania the ceremony has connections to tom wolf's home in york county and some connections from delaware county not to mention ed rendell doing the formal introductions coming up later in the ceremony and earlier we had the swearing in of mike stack now officially the lieutenant governor of the state of pennsylvania. here is video from his swearing in from earlier this morning. and one of pieces being sung by the talents childrens choir from chester. they are slated to perform at

governor of pennsylvania. now breaking news, 36-year-old based hubesh is taken into custody on allegations of abuse of minors the accusations come from young girls staying in sleep overs at his house. we'll have more during our next half hour at 12:30. now you can say this is the calm before tomorrow's snowfall, this is sky 6 hd not a lot of sunshine out there now but light winds and seasonal temperatures and accuweather is tracking rain and snow heading our way tomorrow. lets get the latest from meteorologist david murphy with more. >> this looks like a weak system tomorrow and the timing isn't great for the evening commute,

we have a couple of sprinkles and showers in philadelphia some of this going through cape may county, an additional batch south of dover the chance of a pop-up sprinkle late in the day a flurry popping through and nothing major. out now stormtracker 6 live double scan showing an area of precipitation pushing east, charging to the east coast it looks like tomorrow afternoon we'll be on the lookout for that riding through and while it doesn't portend heavy accumulations we could get some. everybody is well over freezing now and we see cloudy skies and lancaster 40 degrees and similar in harrisburg where they are getting ready to inaugurate the new governor. 43 is the high and 28 is the overnight low above average, as we look at future tracker 6, we are looking at dry conditions

through the mid-day hour tomorrow, as we get into 3:00 wednesday, in the western suburbs there is a chance of light showers moving in and during the evening rush this looks to fill in even farther and push farther and farther to the east. it's mainly light snowfall. but the models by the time it's said and done, overnight and into the wee hours of the morning we think it's mainly rain here these three give us 1.5 to 2 inches of snow in philadelphia and maybe a little more than that in some isolated areas, that is mainly starting tom afternoon and ending late tomorrow night. for the wednesday morning commute there is concern for the snow creating poor visibility and slippery roads as the rush hour goes on the temperatures fall below freezing i'll have more and a better look at future tracker 6, as it arrives and departs coming up in the accuweather forecast.

friday night and set her on fire, the baby later died at the hospital, her bail is set at a half million dollars. funeral services are underway for a woman that was shot and killed execution-style while waiting for a bus, it's held at the church of the advocate on the 1800 diamond street for kim jones the 50-year-old was killed at a bus stop at jefferson street. surveillance video shows her killer walking up and shooting her in the back of the head the killer is still at large. several south philadelphia residents are back at home after being evacuated last night after a 4 inch main ruptured at 2:45 a.m. six homes were evacuated. i was woken up at 3:00 in the morning, they were knocking on the door and i was startled and they told me to evacuate.

an overpass collapsed overnight in cincinnati, ohio, killing a worker crews were taking down an old bridge and something went wrong a tractor trailer struck the section and the bridge hit the ground and the driver was slightly injured

much attention the whole building is really artistic and interesting and a spot you don't always see 43 is your temperature, 27 in philadelphia that is your dew point and winds are calm and they are not much of a factor today. a number of 40 in allentown and 42 in reading and 44 in trenton and mid-40s in wildwood and atlantic city at this hour. cool but not bad for this time of year. satellite shows you how the cloud cover after morning sunshine gets thicker patches of blue here or there and we'll see the clouds get thicker as the day goes on we'll call for increasing clouds and a high of 43 degrees and without much wind it's not all that bad. down the shore the same story any sunshine giving way tonight creasing clouds and 46 is the high there. in philadelphia we'll go for a high of 43 degrees and clouds on the march cool but not bad,

winds run 6 to 12 miles per hour, when they are blowing at all. right now they are calm. 28 is the overnight low and mostly cloudy skies in the region. then tomorrow it looks like we are mainly dry during the morning and the clouds get thicker and then into the afternoon and future tracker 6 shows you a band of light snow pushing in from the western suburbs during the afternoon commute at 4:00 and 6:30, we see light snow taking over the region, the farther south you go the better chance of it being rain. this continues at 11:00 when we get to the tail side of it in philadelphia, by about 1:00 or 2 in the morning, it's over. it looks like we'll get accumulation, the north american model is typical of most of the models showing 1 to 2 inches and higher than that in spots from areas in philadelphia north and less south. we'll go with the 1 to 2 inch idea with a couple of spots that go above that.
