>> reporter: given the weight of what fell on to the roof of that clothing store it's surprise that everyone inside at the time was able to escape with minor injuries the bricks left up there on the wall have been stabilized, you can see that with the roofing material but it's just a matter now of an investigation and what caused this to happen and if it could have been prevented. >> masonry workers spend the day repairing loose brick and "action news" learned the section of wall was 30 feet long and 15 bricks high with a stone cap. for standard size bricks that say ton and a half material. the roof crashed through the roof of the lululemon store. three people were injured and treated at the hospital.

an engineer spent the day inspecting the structure of the build that had the collapse and lni was on the scene monitoring the work and the director of emergency services says it looks like snow and ice and heavy wind played a factor. it's not known when the building was last inspected and what maintenance has been made. it's owned by pearl properties, one of many owned in center city. daniel pearlstein did not respond when asked for a comment. >> there say time frame for lululemon and it all depends on the insurance company. david ry, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. the militant group

other bill will open a four year window for any state to legalize sports betting, new jersey's legislature has already voted to legalize it. the fed has hinted that rates will go up and that sent the stock market down. the s&p dropped 27 and the dow dropped 195 points. it looks like investors are excited about shake shack's decision to go public they are boosting their opening stock price to $17 to $19 per share that is up from the $14 to $15 it was planning originally. if the stock sells at the top end of the range, it would value the company at $674 million. the new york based company announced plans for the ipo in

that is because of the sea water and sea spray because the winds were hurricane force the water was slamming across the rock walls, the sea walls it sprays up the excess water from the ocean and it goes inland and freezes on contact. it's like freezing rain but it's all salt water on those homes. a beautiful day despite that it was cold. numbers today it was chilly and not too bad 34 in philadelphia and 31 in allentown and 32 in wildwood and dover 34 degrees, you factor in the wind and you cut the numbers way back to 25 in philadelphia 20 in allentown and 23 in beach haven and 22 in wilmington and if you work outdoors, you know how brutal it felt especially with the wind have you to cover every extremity. because the windchill takes the heat at your bare skin and robs you of some of that interior heat. as we look at radar boston and

the gunman forced the workers to open the register after stealing several packs of cigarettes, the suspect ran off. and police are looking for a man that robbed a south philadelphia coffee shop and january 13th the man is caught walking into and pulling a gun and he robbed the employee and took money from the cash register in the rear, and then fled the scene if are you have any information please call philadelphia police. two brothers accused of stealing $100,000 worth of sewer grates faced a judge today in. the pair is charged with stealing and selling iron storm grates from parking lots in philadelphia, plymouth meeting and agoing ton and they remain

approaching curlin street, from the delaware state line to highland avenue to the earlier accident scene approaching curlin street we got a break because of the snow situation and now the volume is back seeing it on this chunk of 95 as well. south 95 by cotman avenue and normal delays from center city and northbound heavier coming out of the city and on the northbound side each night this week around cotman they are doing construction blocking the princeton on ramp during the overnights it's a good spot to avoid. a crash in juniata park by the hopkinson school and one at montgomery avenue and a crash in hill town township has cleared as has our money construction following the jackknife truck in
