over the ben franklin bridge. it's quiet out there blustery and cold, # -- 8 degrees in slatington fleetwood. tanersville, 12. chester, 14, glassboro 14. buena, 15. browns mills wow only 1 degrees, feel like 10 below with the wind in reading. allentown feel feels like 6 below poconos 6 blow. wilmington minus 2. millville, minus 3, atlantic city minus 3. we'll see sunshine out there but it will not help much. temperatures will struggle into the low teens and into the low 20s. with the 26 for the high it will feel like the teens throughout the day. this is the next storm we're watching. a lot of rain across heartland of the nation. temperatures are cold enough up through here as the storm

travels east it will hit the cold air and change over to snow. we have changes in the forecast, we'll talk about what this brings sunday into monday i'll talk about that in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. >> during this dangerous cold if you see a homeless person outside, call the (215)232-1984. for pet owners bring your pets inside. when snow is in the forecast, use nor storm tracker 6 live app to follow it on radar. the watch alerts you to any warms and warnings that are issued. check the temperature for the day ahead. gunfire erupted outside a law office in south jersey overnight. the action cam was at the 400 block of white horse pike in audubon, camden county. police discovered the body of a victim who was shot once. the victim was pronounced at the scene. there's no word on what sparked the shooting.

police in bucks and montgomery county are tracking a serial home burglar who likes to do his work in the daytime. kenneth moten complains. >> reporter: in this bucks county community hill town township police say they have a burglar taking advantage of this rural area. >> not a good person. they need to change their ways. >> reporter: investigators say from late last year from now they believe the same thief or theives has hit ten homes. he broke through back door and used bed spread, pillow case and dresser drawer to steal valuables, mostly jewelry. a possible suspect 40 to 50-year-old man in a beige passenger van backed into the driveway. when the other than answered the door, he claimed he was lost.

>> he knocks on the door of the home and if nobody responds, he uses a pry bar. >> he struck homes in bucking ham, plumstead and solbury and communities in montgomery county. he is responsible for 20 burglaries in the past 6 months. there could be more. hill town township police say they linked several burglaries together and have not alerted the public until now we asked why. >> they are not going away we are getting more and more of these things. hill town seems to be the hey center. we -- epi center, we seem to have the bulk of them. >> lock your doors like you should do, watch out for yourself and keep an eye on the neighborhood. >> reporter: reporting in hill town township, kenneth moten channel 6 "action news." >> new information this morning, prosecutors are seeking the death penalty gains one of the men accused of killing an

lancaster county elementary school teacher. thomas more is cooled of killing nicole mathison and killing her -- bryn mawr college is apologizing after sparking a debate over physical fitness. the school invited certain students to take part in a weight loss program. they were chosen for having an higher than average body mass index. students called it unethical or hurtful or invasion of privacy. the school said this is the third time the program was offered and never received complaints before, but it will rethink the approach. >> the philadelphia auto show opens to the public today, last night a black tie tailgate gala was held to benefit children's

>> most of northeastern pennsylvania awakened to school closings and traffic conditions. traffic moved slowly due to snow. parts of interstate 80 in luzerne county were stopped due to accidents. more snow is on the way several inches could fall, super bowl sunday. we're watching that system here, it's moving around on us. >> reporter: that will be the area that takes it on the which i chin this time around. it will be our far northwestern suburbs the lehigh valley and the poconos that get hit with snow this time around. as we get you outside we're looking at the camden waterfront there. it's nice and quiet nothing to talk about, other than the fact that it's brutally cold.

quiet in philadelphia, 15 degrees. winds sustained at 20 miles per hour, gusting as high as 30e. temperatures in the teens. millville, 15. 20 degrees colder in philadelphia than yesterday at this time. 20 in wilmington. 22 for allentown and atlantic city. you factor in the winds it feels like 10 below in reading. 20 below in the poconos. 6 below in allentown and 1 below, actually, make that 2 below in philadelphia. again, you'll need to bundle up in layers. the winds relax as the day gets going. it will not feel as bluster by 2:00, 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon as it does right now. the next feature we're watching is right here. we get rid of the blustery windchills and in comes the winter storm. the temperatures on the front range were in the 50s and 60s.

lightest vehicles. rounding out the top five was the chevrolet avero. oil dutch shell said it will cut spending by $15 billion by the next three years. this comes after the company announced 4th quarter net profits fell 53%. shell is the last in a number of energy companies to announce cuts in falling oil prices. oil prices are trading down $100 last sunday. a montana-based beer company is paying tribute to fall members of military while raising money for charity. a gloucester county marine is among the honorees. it is dog tag beer on sale at west hampton liquors. it differs from other ipas and loggers in it's packaging.

70. snow to the north rain to the south. the question is where does the rain/snow line set up. the rain snow line was down here, north of that line it was all snow. now, as we set it in motion, the milder air will work its way into the system. that means a lot more rain for the southern areas here. today is a quiet day 10:00 a.m. sunday morning it's cloudy that lower and thicken. just in time for the super bowl. you'll get to your test nation okay, by the time you travel home we'll see the snows flying north and west and light rain across south jersey and delaware. you can see how this quickly fills. sunday night into monday, it's snowing heavily north of the pennsylvania turnpike and raining heavily south even east. this model has the rain/snow line as far north as lehigh valley. that's one model's take on it. we're not going to jump on to that idea just yet.
