audubon police say stephen johnson was shot on killed on the 400 block of south white horse pike in audubon. a man was taken into custody without incident at the scene. detectives are questioning him at this time. nobody has been charged. csx is working to upright a dozen rail cars that derailed overnight. firefighters and haz/mat swarmed the area near lincoln financial field and the navy yard after 11 train cars went off the tracks. no cars leaked hazardous materials. no word on what caused that derailment. firefighters battled freezing temperatures while working to put out a suspicious fire. a fire broke out in germantown after midnight. when firefighters arrived flames were shooting from the upper

floors of this vacant home in the 100 block of seymour street. high winds and cold temperatures created problems for crews. firefighters were forced to spread salt to keep anyone from falling. an adjoining home was damage in the fire. no word on what caused the blaze. a police chase came to an violent in wilmington, delaware. a mercedes suv parked -- crashed into a parked car landing on its side. investigators think the suv was stolen. the driver was trapped before being rushed to christiana hospital. police in bucks and manage counties are trying to oh, -- montgomery counties are trying to track down a serial burglar. >> reporter: in this rural area, hill town township police say they have a serial burglar in

the area. from late last year from now they believe the same thieves have hit the same homes. the crook broke in through back doors and used a bed spread pillow case to steal valuables, mostly jewelry. last week a 40 or 50-year-old man in a beige van backed into the driveway. when the owner ashessed the door he -- answered the door he claimed he was lost. two hours later and a mile away another burglar was reported. >> if no one respond he goes to the front or back door using a pry bar. >> reporter: it appears the burglar struck homes in buckingham plumstead and solbury and communities in montgomery county. he is responsible for more than 20 burglaries in the past 6 months. there could more.

and jersey shore it's riding parallel to that pennsylvania turnpike from that point north looks like a mainly a snow event as we'll see somewhat colder temperatures, this is another trend that's starting to develop. i hope this is wrong. this is freezing rain, by monday morning it's showing a significant accumulation of freezing rain for the lehigh valley that would be on top of the snow that falls. for example if you get 5 to 8 inches of snow you get ice on top of that. i think it's way controversy -- overdone to see this kind of of icing event. it could make things more treacherous monday morning. it arrives 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon sunday as light snow south of pennsylvania turnpike. the heaviest occurs sunday night into monday morning. should be ending as a peshed -- period of light snow or snow
