threatened to bomb the courthouse. police unveiled surveillance video of a man calling in the bomb threat from a pay phone outside of 7-eleven and this resulted into the evacuationst courthouse and they are asking for help identifying the individual live at the courthouse tonight in norristown vernon odom. >> reporter: jim business has pretty much wrapped up for the day at the courthouse, there were no reported incidents from inside or outside. but the person that disrupted the courthouse this week has intensified. >> montgomery county authorities are looking at him in connection with two phoned in bomb threats on the morning of january 29th to the courthouse. they stopped short of calling him a prime suspect. >> it's not a childish branch where you get a slap on the

injury the city of philadelphia issued three citations in the wake of last week's accident at the lululemon store in center city. here is david henry at 15th and walnut. >> reporter: jim the owner of this build that partially collapsed on to the lululemon store assures us that the building is safe but lni cited three violations. >> it was a week ago today that three tons of bricks fell off the building and crashed through the roof of the lululemon store three people were hit and one of them trapped under it. they were all treated for minor injuries. lni has since cited them for three violations, the south wall and the north wall and the entire facade of the building. lni says they are categorized as

unsafe until they get the final report. crews were working today to secure the walls and installed metal girders along the wall and the wall that collapsed. and covered a section of the alleyway behind the building to protect pedestrians of falling debris. there is no evidence of pedestrians on walnut and 15th street. they are concerned about a crack in the northwest building. pearl properties that owns the building says they are doing everything they can to secure it and are confident it's now safe. lni is waiting for a report this week before lifting the unsafe citations. >> that report should shed light on the cause of the collapse was it an accident or the cause of neglect. >> the building got a clean inspection report when it changed hands two weeks ago. david henry channel 6 "action

news" the casino workers union in atlantic city filed several unfair worker practices again the owners of the trump taj mahal. citing that they threatened workers and schedules that cost the workers money and they will get a look at the investment this week from carl icahn the former revel casino says that a new jersey judge should not delay its sale. the casino responded today to an appeals court ruling last week that temporarily blocked the sale to florida investor straub, he is set to close on february 9th and is threat being to drop the deal if the sale is delayed. and revel is fighting off a threat from the utility provider

died at the hospital a short time later and they believe the strong gusty winds brought down the tree. the woman seriously hurt when the temple student fell to her death from a center city high rise is now out of the hospital. erica goodwin was walking when rebecca kim fell from an eighth floor window, goodwin suffered injuries to her spine and shoulder and kim was taking photos on a ledge when they fell. mandatory paid sick leave moves one step closer to reality in philadelphia. the council for health unanimously passed a bill for a company with ten employees or more to offer five sick days a year. city council is expected to vote on this passage next week. mayor nutter is voicing his approval of this bill.

day, the action cam taking a look at fdr park and seeing blue skies and sunshine today and temperatures never even hit the freezing mark, we were only 30 degree fz philadelphia and allentown dropped down to 20 and allentown 24 and reading 25 and wilmington currently 28 degrees. temperatures typically in february do warm up a bit. the average high today 41 degrees we were 11 degrees below average and by the end of the month the average high moves up to 47 degrees, but february is also typically the snowiest month of the year, the average snowfall is 8.8 inches we have a few opportunities for snow on the way. satellite 6 along with action radar showing high pressure is down to the south what this will do is open the door for winds out of the southwest tomorrow, it won't feel nearly as brutal tomorrow as today.
